Nice one looks good. Mine is cut in a similar fashion but i have only duct taped it up for now (yes it looks sh1t house).. seems to be holding up well though.

Splitfires are definately the way to go. new stockies were about 200 odd each from nissan spares. Thanks black gtst ill give the tape a go to see if i can get past this missing issue..

Another question here is not only what are the best but what is affordable but still gives good results. Is there any options for people on a budget of a couple hunder bucks?

Hey, I am just wondering if someone out there that has purchased a emanage blue in the past that came with the base tune for the r33 (tuned to 1 bar of boost etc etc) would have the file available to send to me. I have an emanage blue on the way with all harnesses and would like to load this tune and have a look how it works. More specifically how you set it up to raise the boost limits of the r33 ecu avoiding rich and retard... Let me know if you do...

Just FYI I am slightly under 1/8 of a tank on the stock gauge and still going. I am planning to drive it down as far as possible, Hoping to see the fuel light, this will confirm how far u can drive your fuel down using the walbro pump and filter.

I was running T/S Vee port stock ECU, FMIC, 10 psi, zorst and no stalling or idle issues. ? just a bit of pop pop out the zorst on gear changes!

I have just removed a turbo smart vee port BOV from my stock ecu'd r33. Stalling ??? not once in the severals weeks i had it on there.... The only thing i noticed having a atmo BOV on my r33 was a little bit of back fire upon gear shifts sometimes.. Did not sound bad at all. And the little puff of black (barely noticable) when boosting @ 10 psi and gear change.. The reason I removed it is cause i wasn't a big fan of the noise.

Cheers man, I was visualising a big O-Ring like seal somewhere. Mine is correct then.. . Another thing, If I mounted a walbro pump in the same position on the bracket as the stock pump, will i still be able to drive the tank down till the fuel light comes on. I noticed the walbro filter\pickup is only about 1/3rd the size of the original and sits at right angle to the pump which makes it hard to get it to face down deeper into the tank when pushin the pump back into position. I am pretty sure i got it facing down the right way.

I just did the fuel pump on my series 1 r33. I did not see a rubber ring which i expected to find somewhere. I assum it sits between the black screw off ring and the white Plug underneath it which has the fuel lines and connectors on it? Should there have been a rubber ring here. The only rubber was the seal that sat around the inside of the hole. I just tightened the black screw on\off ring down and the fuel system seems to pressurise fine..

How did your car handle with this suspension setup. Comfy or bumpy ride? Much of a drop over stock ride height?

Guys I am looking at these plug and play kits for r33 on ebay. Seems like ok value to me (except software is not incuded ) http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...p;rd=1&rd=1 If purchasing a r33 kit like this, would u just do a firmware udate first to ensure no coil pack frying? Would this kit on its own give me the ability to trim fuel and ignition? URAS I am not trying to have the fastest car or nothing, just want to make better use of my mods, eventually ending up with a a/m turbo and injectors looking for say 250 rwkw. Is the emanage blue for me?
