thank you the one i went to had no idea what damage had been caused, i just gave him the reciepts for work done and he checked that it was done properly, they really had no idea what damage was caused in the accident

Yea I am doing everything by the book, I just wasn't aware that I need the mechanic's invoices for the parts he purchased. But it sounds fair enough that they ask me to provide this as well seeing as though they dont want the parts to be stolen or anything.

I have a RB20 non turbo too, it is very loud, the rest of my system is 4inch through from the muffler to the other end of the car, so im pretty sure that has something to do with it

I took my r32 to a mechanic and they said that they believe I have the wrong lower front control arms on becuase after turning the steering wheel to one side it is not stopped by the control arms and there is a small gap? They said because of this there is more pressure on the steering racks and I have to take it to a suspension specialist. Can someone give me help on this? If possible post a pic of the correct lower control arms for a R32 GTS-T or describe them. The lower control arms on my car look like this (without the damage!) :
