    Hi all I have a Zexel a/c compressor pump on my R32 GTS 92` which is faulty.I have been offered a Diesel Nikki pump off a R32 GTR 89` and the pipe fittings on the pump housing look different but the mounting setup looks the same.The question is if I was to change the a/c lines going into and out of the pump would this bolt into my car? Any one got any idea any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When the engine was rebuilt did they deck the block?When using metal head gaskets you must not only machine the head flat but also the engine block to ensure a proper seal.

    Maybe injectors need a clean easy way to tell is with a pair of long nose pliers clamp the fuel return line (behind fuel preasure regulator) if idles better this could be your problem.

    Quote me if I'm wrong but I think the rear brakes are they same on GTR-GTS (GTR non Vspec)

    Good upgrade would be R32 GTR which are 16mm bigger in dia and 2mm thicker along with braided brake lines and good brake fluid and good brake pads.I would recommend sloted rotors they have more bite do not get cross drilled as they crack.Or I have heard that R33 GTS fronts are also a suitable upgrade.The good thing about this upgrade is that it's cheap and efective and still fit 16inch rims.

    Also make sure all your tyre preasures are correct put the car on level ground and measure each corner and make adjustments to suit .
