  1. Spotted a very nice late model Stagea in the Cafe Buongiornos car park last night
  2. I would go but my car isn't getting repaired until the following Monday
  3. IBTL!
  4. That's odd then
  5. I've got RBR - 033 I even posted it up last week that I just ordered it
  6. Dude you copied me!!!
  7. Ya get what you pay for. Is that the case for these tyres too?
  8. With my experience of HICAS I wouldn't be stamping out it's effectiveness yet. Although it can make a driver panic I think if you go with the flow of it, it can do wonders to corner exit speed. That's my experience though.
  9. Yeah I think dad mentioned them too but apparently Plaza are the guys to see for Skylines. They said the repair will be no problem. They're even going to remove all windows around the rear instead of just masking them so the respray will be perfect. If the insurance company say I can't use them there will be a fight!
  10. I think I might get full comp now ha! I called the boss again and apparently all the info has been passed onto their broker to then be passed onto the insurer. Luckily my father's in the automotive game and knows many crash repairers so one of his contacts is going to sort everything out with the insurance. It's going to Plaza Crash which my dad says are very good, so the repair won't be crap
  11. Well that's what I thought but when I rang them they didn't want to know me. Must be something to do with me only having 3rd party property/fire/theft. It got taken to the panel shop today and a rough quote came back to around $4500-$5000.
  12. I could post the name of the place but I might get in trouble
  13. Go the once off $71 payment Deluxe! I did that on Monday and got RBR-033 hehe!
  14. Damn what a day of phone calls to damn insurance companies! The story goes; I rang my mates insurer which is Just Cars and they wouldn't do anything because it wasn't his fault so I rang the chick that rammed us and she told me to ring her boss (company car). I rang him and the arrogant prick said he was too busy with journalists all day to make a claim with their insurance company. Cheers mate where does that leave me? Grr! But it's drivable so the damage isn't too bad, although it has a couple of wrinkles in the rear quarters. But I guess accidents do happen...
  15. Yeah I'll have to call them tomorrow and see what the deal is. I was stationary and my mate in the WRX was stationary so I think it's all the girl at the rear's fault. But she admitted fault so alls good.
  16. Yeah it held up well. My mate copped a face full of steering wheel but he's ok. But as I said the pics don't really do justice.
  17. He had the WRX in the pic. Front and rear damage. The back's pretty messed up, it could go either way ie write off/repaired.
  18. So I was driving home from work tonight with my mate driving behind me. We stop as the traffic banks up and some inattentive female driver rear ends him at probably near on 60km/h. So as a result my mates car ends up in the rear of mine. The part that really annoys my car was extremely clean with hardly a car park ding on it. Now it's effed. I came out the best damage wise but its still pretty annoying. Boot's been pushed in, rear bumpers obviously knackered and the fuel tank's been pushed into the HICAS unit... that's about it really. Photos don't do justice for either cars but here's some anyway... My car: My mates car: Free tow so why not:
  19. ^^ Yet the latter two things we all love to play with most.
  20. Hi welcome Enjoy the forums!
  21. And if you want to know exactly how much she costs you then click! (Possible re-post)
  22. Well the bloke I talked to on the phone did. I wouldn't say Nissan themselves recommended 'em hehe!
  23. I recently got a quote from Unley Nissan for a minor service. Compared to Boostworx they are much more expensive ($190 v $165 respectively). Plus they Nissan said they wouldn't be able to fit anything much lower than stock height on their hoists. In my opinion for just a service I wouldn't pay the extra money for a "genuine" service especially when Nissan recommended Boostworx!
  24. I've got those tickets so one each to Nightcrawler Madaz, SLED and writeoff. PMs sent
  25. They are alpha-numeric Just older ones EDIT: PS I love your wheels Ryan
