Yea give or take around 7 days... I purchased a set then i wasn't confident in them so i sold em LOL It worked out cheap... really cheap especially with the rebate! if your standard injectors are good like Lazy-Bastard said you get $25 USD back for em each... works out to around $150usd, the exchange rate will give you about $200.. so in effect your paying around $350 for the injectors... not bad ey? I just want to know everyones personal experience with the inj, they use the Jecs inj like Lazy-Bastard said, but hmm... i just dunno... I wonder what the moderators think about these inj and the risks involved (if any)

After reading this magazine that put up all the expensive oils and all cheapo oils as in price range from $30 - $120+, the ones that were around $120+ rated the same as the Valvoline DuraBlend for 40 odd bucks... 10W-40 semi synthetic, I think fully synthetic are more for higher performance engines... i'm still a newbie but just going by what i've been told by tuners and people with first hand experience... i'm using it at the moment and its very good for its price but my motor isn't heavily modified everyone will be different i suppose.

LOL the dude dusn't know, no need to call him an idiot.... The picture you first circled where you had a massive (IS THAT WHERE?) The answer is yes its easiest to get to and its a vaccume pressure hose so it'll be ok. Make sure you have the bleed valve or whatever your using pointing in the right direction aswell. And then leave the boost controller closed completely cos its a time bomb at the moment. Open the rest of your car up as in full exhaust pod and all the little things the maybe turn it up to 10 or around that, when you get your ecu then go even more until then dont be guessing with motors cos it can cost you big $$. I'm sure alot of people here have learnt the hard way... you dont want to do that unless you have money falling out of your pocket... if you do can i have some? lol

Just thaught i'd let everyone know... BRK7E Bursons are selling for $3.95 per plug..

Hey mate just wondeirng if you have any pictures of the suspension? Cheers!

The nismo inj are pretty cheap now as apposed to probably a year ago.. i got a quote from perfectrun.com.au for $800 to my door.. so in effect if your going to do the works (well not the works just big power) then they will be good for you. Have many people used the deatchwerks injectors? Just wondering wether its worth risking a motor for saving 2-3 hundred $$ if shit hits the fan like a faulty injector...? Can anyone shed some light on this cos the deatchwerks injectors have to be the CHEAPEST ones i've seen... by far unless its 2nd hand lol They use the Jecs injectors i think... the standard type nissan inj. ( I could be wrong )

I've been looking at this thread and it seems to kind of answer everyones qustion, I think this is what nismo dude what referring to cos theres A LOT of info here... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=104405

LOL whos got the online quote format? That should cut it lol yea on a serious note i've got a heap of shit on my car not much but i've told em everything turbo ecu and shit and i'm paying only $1600 p/year, cars insured for 18.5k ratiing 3 or something 21y/o, but no matter how much it is insurance is always worth it...

LOL i know its not funny but this guy got the sack from JB-HiFi for not connecting it to the park brake signal... we use to make customers sign an document if they wanted it done with the wire striaght to negative, it said something like "we are connecting this to the park brake signal wtf you do with it after is your business" something like that to keep us from getting sued in an "unlikely" event just like Chris stated...

Thanks heaps Beer Baron...

I think what they're saying is that you'll change copper every oil change which would be what? <5k? as apposed to changing every second oil change with iridium <10k?? I was reading on the net about the iridums and they give a whole 2kw difference in performance apparently (dyno proven)... but again if anyone can help me with part #'s for copper for a rb25det that'll be great. So in effect you can buy 5 sets of copper for 1 set of iridium... even if you change em every 2-3k your still in front i guess... anyone would like to shed some light on this?

You Know You Drive A Skyline When .. ... .
Gazee replied to SAGTS-4's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)

Yea thats true, if you make a claim wether its your fault or not it effects your rating and your premium at the end of the year, if you think about it this way, if someone hit you and they went through their insurance its all good cos just cars didn't do anything, if you claim and its not your fault your premium goes up, those sonsofbitches. And if you get a prick of a assesor and he spots something on your car thats not listed they wont cover you... But the value of the car depreciates every year unfortunatly so its not suprising that its gone down that much cos the same thing happened to me. Just call them and start asking them 1000 questions and dont get off the phone until your satisfied.
-
Sorry to jack the thread... but i'm actually looking at buying normal plugs but i duno the exact part number, i purchased the iridum type but everyone is right you need to change em regularly and $120 each time is a bit pricey... i'd just like confirmation if this is the correct part number BCPR7ES or BCPR7ES-11? and them gap em to .8? Thanks everyone..

You should have just been honest with him and told him he was an ungreatful bastard... arrogant bastards can't say thanks or even a freaking smile and a nod or some fkn gesture especially when you did some road side assistance for the sonofabitch... or maybe its against his religion to say thanks? Yea we get pricks like that in my area aswell just stare at you like your an alien or something when you try and be helpful and courteous. The best approach is what Milenko & GoldZilla do.. sarcasm rules!

Does The Skyline R33 Have Central Locking?
Gazee replied to sumguy's topic in Car Audio & Electrical
One way to tell if it has central locking NOT keyless entry is to just put the key in the drivers side door and lock/open it, they have a switch down the bottom which sends a signal to its computer then opens/locks the passenger door. Thats nissans form of central locking... so in fact yes it does. If you want keyless then a motor needs to be installed in the drivers door along with the keyless entry/alarm system cos i've never seen one with a remote but maybe the type M's have them more higher end skyline, just check the drivers door for a factory motor. Every R33 i've seen and worked on doing alarms etc you do need a motor in the drivers door only to activate that switch. Dunno how 4 doors work never touched one. And i do also have an R33 S2. Hope this info helps.. Cheers! George -
I thaught i'd join the party...

What if you buy another centre console and take out the 2 vents in the middle and just fiberglass/ mould it to fit in the middle of it then spray it the same sort of black...? If you have tinted windows you shouldn't be able to see it i think...
-
Could it be the oxygen sensor thats not sending a signal making it run that bit more richer at cruise and idle? Cos mines missing @ idle aswell but i've got a bigger turbo making it run richer but i havn't tuned it as yet, when i tune it i think it will fix my problem...

Hi everyone, i'm selling this seat for a friend of mine... Pretty much as the topic states its basically brand new refurbished padding and cloth, all original Recaro cloth and padding etc done @ Ideal Seat Company in Moorabin Victoria (http://www.idealseat.com.au/). These seats are found in older Intergra Type R's but in a differnt colour, this one is black and it has an orginal Recaro seat rail which fits any 180sx up to S15's. The seat rails can be changed over for any other recaro seat rail i.e. swap for a R32/33 whatever car you have. I was actually going to purchase for myself (but dont have $$) as the importers can swap the seat rails over, give the importer/jap wrecker the 180sx one and he gives me an r32 one, providing they have one they will swap it as they are all very common vehicles. Asking Price: $750 ONO Pickup preferred: Melbourne, Victoria. Contact: Marko on 0433213564 or Email: [email protected] Alternatively you can PM me and i'll pass on a message. PICS: Are coming very soon..... no digital camera at the moment...

Yea it is a shame seeing a car like that in such screwed condition...

Dandenong mountains isn't bad even if you stay the speed limit cos theres a few cops up there, also mt macedon area is good too.
-
I think you should call the company and explain what happened... if they are a serious company they should take apropriate action if they say yea whatever maybe tell the cops, or report him for littering
