He should be alright with the smaller diameter piping because before the dump pipe was a bit bigger to compensate for the wastegate gasses going back into the exhaust. He realises tho he could get a big fine if hes caught using one

Whats actually been done to the car performance wise? im sure theres some more go fast goodies you could for her but if you have everything already i would get the mags first you don't want to go around with a nice looking car with a hot body kit with ugly wheels :|

With those drift cans they only have 2 connectors so your prolly best off connecting one end to the intake pipe and the other end to the exhuast cam and replacing that original hose there that connects the two together.

You would want to use the stock bov if you dont have an aftermarket ecu of some sort because the stock ecu has been programmed to run with a plumb back bov so not having one will make your car run richer at certain times (ie gear changes) just run the vac source back to the stockie bov and yes if you didnt block the boost/vac source it would cause a leek

The only place ive seen that has an aftermarket metal intake pipe (metal is meant to make the flutter echo and sound better) is on the nengun website Apexi have a full intake kit for the r33gtst and possibly 32 but im not to sure. Only prob is its like $300 but it does include everything you need and the pod filter too

I love the look of the impul but there meant to be really heavy and cheap quality from what people on here say... does anyone know what mag they are copied from cause i love that style but dont want something really heavy

Yeah the whole comp surge wrecking your turbo is a bit of a myth, no ones actually had any proof it does do any damage, and Adz with your BOV question apparently no BOV that can be adjusted is legal regardless of wether its atmo or plumb back.

Hey mate have u actually tried using a different afm altogether? i have the same problem as you i resoldered my afm and it only temporarily fixed the prob i tried using a diff one and problem solved. Hope that helps

Yeah if you want a full upgrade turbo kit you can go the HKS GT-RS or if you want something a little cheaper you can got for one of the Slide High Flowed stock turbo's, some of the people on here have had some pretty good results with them .

Good to see another Line fan As for mods it depends on what has already been done to your car when you bought it? If its stock first things to get would be a Turbo Back Exhaust and a High Flow panel filter

Hi I just recently bought a skyline from interstate exact same type as yours actually (black with sunroof) and you shouldnt have any probs getting it registered here, just make sure when your getting your vehicle id inspection done your car is pretty stockish looking cause i took mine to Sturt Cop shop and they had a full hard look over it. Other than that just make sure if you have tinting on car that its legal cause there really picky about that.
