  1. From Cejay Dyno day is booked for the 8th of March 10am. I just need to go in and have a chat to the guys. Will need to confirm how many r33 gtrs are taking part, as they take a while to setup. Also if other people are interested, rexes take some time, so too many of them are not too good. Looking at a max of 30 cars, don't think we'll reach that many though lol. Cost will be 50$ + 5$ donation to sau. Just a note to all. All money will be payed to ESP on the day, won't be passing through my hands. 5$ is an appreciated donation so to speak. Just with all this PL stuff nowadays want to cover myself. I will be going through the list later, but ALL R33 GTR's will be grouped together (if we have multiples), due to what ESP has to do to get them running on the dyno On the dyno day note. I know my car won't be the most powerful out there. While it would be good if we win vs the supras, it's the day itself that counts Extreme Street Performance U1/ 171 Gilmore Rd Queanbeyan 2620(02) 6299 4444 Clicky da linky for da map... http://www.whereis.com/whereis/retrieveEma...482719484114436
  2. huh... you're a girl right... or... not that I'm against that sort of thing.
  3. Fuels and my experience ultimate = 98 "Vortex 98" = 98 Vortex = 95 Optimax or Vpower = 98 Vpower racing = 100 5% ethhol "Synergy 8000" = 98 "Synergy 6000" = 95 "Synergy 2000" = 91 generic Preiums =95 Notes: Mobil does not quote octane ratings on their web site Optimax has not been sold for some time now Caltex does not seem to even talk about their normal fuels Yes fuel can go off in the tanks, this is not dependant on manufacturer. Some fuels may be more prone than others but I've yet to see any scientific evidence between different types. Personal experience: Ultimate provides me with 400 to 450km for 50 litres V power provides me with 360 to 400km for 50 litres (still testing) Vortex 98 provides me with 300 to 360 for 50 litres Conclusion: As most people have said BP ultimate seems to run better in Skylines.
  4. Not from me, but a picture always helps.
  5. Sorta, not my fault I tell you when I see you.
  6. As long as I'm allowed to drive by then, yes I'm in.
  7. So how did you get the car on and off the truck?
  8. I won't put my hand up to assist as you'd be better of with a blind monkey. It might help to know which EBC you have?
  9. Yep happened with my car, fitted a Power FC and it went away.
  10. You can start on a 250 but you get tired of it quick. In the ACT you may learn on a variety of bike including 500cc twins like the ER-5 or more recomended the GS/E500 from susuki. Far more power and quicker over all than any 4 stroke 250. I've found Honda to be the best build quality then susuki, yamah, kwaka then the rest.
  11. Hi I PM'd a while ago but you never got back to me. Are you still making these?
  12. Jusy came back from holidays to surfers and what a place to car spot. So many expensive cars with porches being the most common by far. Here's a few of the more interesting: Bright colours always gets peoples attention Can I have a baby with that wing? The guys ultimate car For a shaggys
  13. Fridays are more of a catch up and chat, but I'm keen to see some crusising sometimes.
  14. A couple days too late but I was just up there. A couple of us have been in the same situation and ended up driving it back. Even taking into account time off work and fuel, it was much cheaper.
  15. Well if it's that bad I won't being chasing it hard but I'd still like to see an ep. I hope there's a youtube version running somewhere, I don't do torrents.
  16. Yep just purchased it. I wish Lance at CRD actually helped me instead of screwing me around.
  17. It's a slght take on top gear with owner drivers. Can some one please tape for me (I'll be in midflight tomorrow). No I don't have foxtel at home but the unit I'm staying at has (adult channel too) :-)
  18. Weights for the 18*9.5" with GTR off sets?
  19. Hey Ross good to hear from you. Great to hear you have the suspension done (my GF won't allow me to spend the money) :-( Guys as you can see from the President of the Supra club, the Supra boys would love to have a friendly comp, they are not prissy about the possibility of their cars losing, they just want to have some fun. Considering the similarity of the cars and the clubs, it makes perfect sense to do some things together. How about the following idea for the comp between the clubs. A point system where everyone that attends generates points for their club. The idea of the points is to encourage attendance and having a go. The individual awards would obviously be tied to individual performance: OK each person attending generates 1 point for their club ie. last = 1 point. 2nd last gets 2 points and so on. So if there was 18 cars attending an event (supra and skylines) the score table would look something like this: Position 1 Skyline Points 18 “ “ “ Position 16 Supra Points 3 Position 17 Skyline Points 2 (Last) Position 18 Supra Points 1 Outcome: Skyline 20 points Supra 4 points This encourages the more cars attending the more points the club gets. So even with the extreme power the Supra’s can get the skylines can still win the day. Probably not the individual awards, as that would likely go to the Supra’s. Same concept with the Drags (Supra boys to organise) Position 1 Supra Points18 Position 2 Skyline Points 17 “ “ “ Position 16 Supra Points 3 Position 17 Skyline Points 2 (Last) Position 18 Supra Points 1 Outcome: Skyline 19 points Supra 22 points
  20. I'm a very maybe on this due to holidays etc. Formally invite the bloody Supra's, who cares if we lose the power stakes this year, next year we'll have widebody coming along and others.

  22. I'd be keen to just pick the auto sports day in the future and book into that if I continue to have no success. Yes we could make maybe $2000 for the club if we ran it ourselves, but there's also the $500 loss possibility. What is the autosports web site?
