  1. Yeah until you realise how much wrongdoing has been applied. There's zip locks holding one side of the front bar and duck tape holding the other side. Mixed spark plugs, random dodgey coil and few other things that don't belong there only indicate to me that the owner literally installed whatever he could get his hands on. They say money can't buy brains, I get it now.
  2. yeah it happens in idle and gets less noticeable as the revs climb. I just hope its nothing major to do with the motor. I'm getting new plugs to go in with the coils. The owner had mixed plugs and 3 of them require a larger socket to take out. I don't get why people do that
  3. I went through one can of paint and one can of clear. Think it totalled around $30-$40 but they were 2pak cans. Might even be less than that. Get 2 cans of paint and one clear. The second one can be a back up
  4. You won't need 3 cans for the boot. You'll hardly get through one. Spray guns are good but only if you know how to use them Professionally. Also you'll need a booth for a proper pro job. i wouldn't go spray gun unless you're painting the whole car. i did my boot lid with 2pak cans. Looks like factory finish
  5. Refill and smoothen the holes. Spray acrylic primer ($12-14 at super cheap. take your petrol cap off and take it to a paint shop. Have them make the paint in 2pak cans and get a can of 2pac clear. Wet sand primer. Use wax and grease remover over area being painted. Apply paint then a day later apply clear. The cans with the hardener will give a nice finish. Just don't get trigger happy and spray too much at once. Spray one coat wait 15 then another light coat good luck
  6. Current state awaiting coil pack arrival and new spark plugs
  7. Rb25 det running poorly - coil related? not sure if related to the coil or dirty plugs but my rb25 seems to run with a struggle in low rev range. The rev range is not smooth and feels like its spitting. It has 5 red jacket coils and 1 standard coil which the previous owner diagnosed as the cause of the issue. Im in the process of removing plugs and just needed a confirm from others who have had this issue resolved. is it the odd coil, dirty plugs, or both? Thanks
  8. Nismo dash gtr badging in the interior and carbon fibre autometer boost guage all came with the car. Just a minor tidy up
  9. You'll kick yourself once u get off your Ps and are stuck with a gt.
  10. Either wet sand with 2000grit sandpaper on both headlights until original surface is exposed. Then spray 2 coats of clear over both headlights and should look like new again. you can also try paint thinners or turps to remove the tint (if painted tint). shouldnt need new headlights
  11. Door was wet sanded with 1500 grit. Shitty clear was removed and respray of clear was applied.
