Thanks we cut the connector it off and heat shrank it shut. The trouble was finding an earth point in the tank to put it to.

My fuel pump in my R33 GTS25T packed up yesterday.A friend sold me his R32 GTR one to which i fitted it only to find out the R32 GTR one has an extra wire and connector which goes down to the fuel pump on a clasp,it looks like an earth wire.Any idea what this wire does and how can i get around it please.

Hi all mines just the same in the mornings thought it was the cold UK mornings. Been told to put some pte ptfe ? not the tape but some supplement in the oil to help this. But doesnt really bother me just get some boyracers in corsa's thinking iam taking the pi-s and going slow.
