I weighed a 17 x 9 and it's around the 7kg mark - so obviously a 17 x 8 would be a little less For interests sake - I weighed a stock Soarer alloy with a totally bald tyre on it and it weighed in at around 18kg I weighed a brand new Falken 275/35/18 I happened to have lying around and it was 12kg Basically it's gonna weigh less than a stock 15 or 16" rim easily

they're definitely work rims man - they're not in the current model range which is why you can't find anything on the work site - the centre cap say Work Ryver with the work symbol and they have stickers on the inside that say "work" with the dimensions and pcd etc. I don't have a pic of that though but I guarantee that they're genuine WORK rims I'll see if I can weigh them for you
