Charlie, thanks very much for the kind words mate - greatly appreciated hanyou - our calculator would well and truly overestimate the total cost for an item such as a sticker, bu once the actual costs are charged (ie, Japanese domestic post and ems cost) then it would work out much much cheaper than the calculators estimate. And to make things cheaper, we allow you to store stuff in Japan for as long as you want, while you buy other bits and pieces to ship all at once btw - shop hard on Yahoo and there are serious bargains to be had! I got a powerfc for my GT-R for $360 delivered!!

Hmm.. well I've spotted the main problem - you're an accountant. What parent in their right mind wants their pride and joy to marry a bean counter? (soooo just kidding mate ) Anyways, I've been in this exact situation before and here's my advice When you do see your g/f, make her the happiest woman in the world. For some reason, flowers work. You can get flowers in any garden, anywhere - but when they're strapped together with some cellophane, they become a very powerful tool. When she opens up, listen attentively and sound like you really care about what she has to say - this can be hard, but it's worth it. Make empathetic noises, these really help. Don't seek to understand, or your brain will melt. It's all about the right noises at the right times. Don't speak ill of her Mum, make it sound like you're trying to understand what her Mum is going through, even though you just want to rant about the evil b1tch and how you wanna kick her in the junk. Every now and then, allow your frustration with the situation to show through with comments like "if only she could see how happy we make each other", "why can't she see that we're so right for each other"? "She has to come around eventually, maybe when we have kids she'll calm down". An example of what not to say would be "oh f**k the stupid f**king b1tch in her stupid fat arse". When your g/f eventually puts you both on the mental scales, which she inevitably will do - you'll come up loaded with positives and "he makes me happy, Mum will come around eventually". Her Mum will come up loaded with "She's a pita and I can get away from her and she will eventually come round, she has to, she's my Mum and if she doesn't, f**k her, I shouldn't have to put up with this cr@p". It's been my experience that a girl will almost always choose the guy who makes her happy over the parent/s that make her miserable. In some cases, she'll choose the guy BECAUSE he makes her parents miserable Finally - there are many other wimmins in the sea. Some of them can be located conveniently close by and if you strike it really lucky, their mother may be mute and live in another country. I hope this helps.

Hi Guys, I don't want to sell her, but I'm going to have to - basically if I have her lowered I can't fit her down my driveway. I'm not prepared to drive a stock height Aristo and I'm not prepared to leave a modified one on the street. So until I have the $$ to fix the driveway I'm destined to remain aristo free Here's the run down. 1992 Aristo with 90k on the clock, just registered - 12 months vic reg Condition of the car is consistent with the kms on the dial. I have seen a couple of examples with similar kms that are a LOT rougher. -2JZGTE Automatic - Traction control - the best toyota trac control I have experienced. Very unobtrusive, nothing at all like Supra trac control -Factory Torsen LSD - bonus, most of them don't have this option! -Cruise control -Climate control -Central locking -Air purifier -Electric everything - driver and passenger seats, mirrors with ultrasonic function ( shakes water off!) -Premium sound - single cd player and tape player, subwoofer, splits in doors - sounds superb. CD player stopped working, this will be fixed along with FM expander fitted prior to sale. - Silver - duco is in excellent condition with a some very minor blemishes and scratches and one lower door panel a slightly different shade - noticeable in the right light. Paint just detailed and pics do it no justice, the metallic shines through beautifully. Interior - next to perfect condition, full velour electric seats, windows, steering wheel that folds away when key pulled from ignition - tricky! This was owned by a smoker in Japan, as such I will be giving it a complete detail inside, the seats will come out for steam cleaning and for the carpet to be fully steam cleaned, aircon filters and purifier filters will be thoroughly cleaned and deodorised. There are no cigarette burns or anything like that. Also has a full set of factory mats which have been cleaned and deodorised already, the carpet is immaculate, completely unmarked. - Factory flare still fitted Also - the early model aristo didn't get cupholders, the later model did - I have purchased a late model console with the cupholders which will be included in the sale. Bonus! In the pics the car is fitted with brand new Work Euroline LS 19"s and HKS Hypermax LS+ coilovers. These are not included in the asking price. Standard rims with brand new tyres and standard suspension will be fitted unless the purchaser would like to purchase them with the car (no I won't be throwing them in for nothing, they're two weeks old and cost about $6k to replace!). This car is very clean and for a completely stock unit, she is quicker than she has any right to be! Going uphill I was pulling away from a mate in his manual XR6T, with simple mods, this thing will put many performance cars to shame. Asking $19000 ono. Yes, I know you can have one landed and complied for less than that. But if you think that the landed and complied cost reflects the cost of having that car ready for registration, you've got another thing coming! Also consider that this has an LSD which would cost you around $1200 to buy and fit. plus you don't have to wait 3 months or longer to get your hands on this car. Also take into account that you can physically inspect this car so there will be no unpleasant surprises. Come and see the car, any doubts as to it's value will be immediately removed. A fantastic car to drive and the look on other peoples faces when you rip past them is priceless.
