yeh Ash im looking at Hks Gt-rs and hks gt2835 pro S kit atm dont want no GCG turbo Brendan, i doubt it'll be fixed b4 the 1st of june. if it's a 'cruise' cruise ill just drive my bro's car. but if it's for photoshoot i could still drive my car and stay in Karl and Rhy's pack haha

yeh found out it's the turbo that's gone. i'm gonna have to drive it like twice a week for the next month before i can get a new turbo am i surpose to remove the dump pipe and and pipe from the front of the turbo to make sure the blades and seal arent just sitting there?

hell yeh lol so slowwwwwww......seriously takes like 15secs to get up to 100km/h on the freeway btw all the symptoms of weird idling were due to the ecu thinking the turbo is intaking air when it isnt..so the air to fuel ratio of screwed up or something, hence the weird shit

BLOWN TURBO. lol, best and worst outcome haha oh well...forced to get a new, better, bigger turbo..*sigh* lol cheers for the help guys. especially Mike after warming up the car properly car drives fine...expect no boost. seriously got tailgated by camrys, corrollas, hyundais today lol...so embrassing as i couldnt do anything

btw i think that rain can possible get into my pod? would that be a problem? it's been this way for over a year

Mike just came over, none of the hose or piping seems to be off When i turned the car on, the engine was really struggling this morning, and started shaking A LOT but once it warmed up after 2 minutes of so, the car idled fine again. so after bout 10 mins of idling i slowly took in for a lap around a block..(slowly)...car drove fine again- no stalling or weird revs so took it for another lap. this time i let it rev to bout 3000rpm, where it would usually be making boost----but i can only hear the turbo making humming noises, shows no boost on the boost gauge, and cant feel any at all the turbo?

cheers for that. car seem so undrivable atm i hope it is something that minor, will have a look cheers oh no. hopefully it isnt that, but if we still cant find the problem, ill get the compression and leak down test done asap

ok i wont be driving it anymore, will get some help checking everything tomorrow...now i need sleep lol cheers for the advice guys

Hey Mike, which 'reputable' imports workshop is closest to innaloo? i wanna drive the car there instead of towing it the one i usually used is like 20km's away so i dunno wanna drive that far I looked on the 'The Consolidated Workshop Thread' and closest is 'Speedworks' in osborne park. but never heard of them
