Cool! Someone actually asked this!
I thought about this question all the time, but only thinking to myself (as in never thought about asking others)
Seems like I'm in the norms...2500~2600rpm @ 100km/h rb25det auto.
I always thought manual will have a lower rpm then auto, but looking at the replys, this may not hold true.
I do very, very short trips (~5/6mins in the morning to work and same back home...could be three minutes if no traffic around...I could walk, but can't be bothered...it's cold in the morning anyway)
Around 14~18l/100km R33 GTS-T.
I'm more interested (yep, I do day dream, sky is the limit) in a beefed up GTR
(What I mean is doing the stupid/impossible/senseless kinda thing, like getting a V12 and stuff it into a GTR shell)
Hey, you can't stop me day dreaming right?
mmm...I only sprayed some WD40 and proceed to remove it with the O2 sensor socket (with 1" spanner)...it came out very easy...
Last time I went to autobarn, I saw this product that is suppose to freeze the nut that seized (make it shrink or something?) to make it easier to remove?
If you have a look, the low beam has a cover on the bulb so it doesn't blind everyone on the road (it also point towards the ground more), whereas the high beam has no cover (and points to a longer distance).
You rarely needs to use the high beam anyway. And they are 12v 55w H1 (if you don't like the output of the light, get philips vision plus or crystal vision...but you rarely use them.)
Mine did the same when I bought my car, went to my mechanic and he had a look in the boot.
I saw him push something that makes a click noise (I was behind him) and all is good after that.
