  1. no prob champ, best bet is to get one off a site sponsor like just jap or CRD for under $400 brand new with all piping or even $350 for the other version (bar and plate i think) unless your lucky and someone has a compete kit lying around
  2. i have the standard intercooler plus 1 pipe that i dont need anymore because i have an after market front mount kit on there now in nsw but can post if u want let me know

    R33 Grill

i have this one http://members.optusnet.com.au/conp83/grille.JPG bolts into original holes for a series 1 r33 its black plastic not fibreglass
  4. after one of these as mine is peeling and is showing the grey underneath so if anyone has one of these in perfect condition let me know pictures would be good, will pay postage if needed
  5. just to add,was running 12psi now im running 14psi on standard coil packs and 1.1mm platinum plugs without 1 miss and have had it like that for approx 6 months
  6. some people will say fuel pressure reg is not needed but i had already bought it so i put it on and allowed the workshop to bump up the fuel pressure a bit and play with the timing + the fuel cut defender for best results i got a nismo fpr for i think just under 200 delivered from kudos ms, fuel pump i first had a gtr one but changed it to a walbro one which was much quiter. Again that was just under the 200 dollar mark delivered. If your planning on going over 250kw the walbro might start leaning out from what other people have experienced. with the fcd i just used that because the car was running REALLY rich especially after trying to boost it past standard boost which meant power decreased so this fixed it. but obvioulsy a full computer like a power fc would be a better (but more expensive) option
  7. fuel pump for the cheaper side of things + you will have to do that in the future if changing turbo etc also a front mount would be good i have what u got + a front mount, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump and a fuel cut defender and got over 200rwkw on the standard turbo with the fcd sorting out the r&r issues i had until i can get a full computer
  8. im sure u could get $250 for the rims selling them on here or ebay even without tyres and than u can get a real price from a tyre shop instead of this trade-in stuff where you always get shafted
  9. i will post a link to my dyno sheet and what happened when i boosted it up to 10psi look at the black line especially http://members.optusnet.com.au/conp83/dyno1.jpg that might explain why u feel the power dip (i fixed this using a fuel cut defender however there are better options if you have the cash) also the ticking may just be the metals of the motor/turbo cooling down
  10. call a thread repair guy. if you have snapped 3 extractors in there its going to be hard to get them out as they are hardened steel
  11. youll find most of the cheaper intercooler kits are very similar if not the same cores any just jap/ CRD / gktech kit are good for up to approx 300rwkw
  12. i have stock suspension in my 33, and it is unbelievably comfortable for me and everyone else. People who get in for the first time always comment how smooth and comfy my car is. Coilovers are terrible on bumpy roads, as others have said speak to someone in the know about suspension issues also fuel economy is no more the 350km's per 60L for me regardless of how i drive. This is before and after i modded it and it is running pretty much perfect 12 afr's when checked on a dyno. even on an rb25det low down feels soooooo gutless worse than an NA car but thats all fixed once the revs rise but as you said its not too nice to drive on low revs as it seems like u have to floor it to move sometimes
  13. i have a kakimoto system on my car, i rekon it sounds real nice and quiet with a deep rumble driving conservatively you can barely hear it but when u flatten it, it gets quite loud dont quite know of the "drone" you are speaking of...
  14. as far as i know it should be ok as each one of those wire will connect to a wire somewhere.. all u need to do is extend them, so its not a throw away (unless theres a sensor or something to that extent that has been cut off but i wouldnt think so on a TT) usually red is 12v and black is earth and id imagine the other 2 would tap into the ignition somewhere
  15. as far as i know, its the model of the car so for an r33 its ecr33 and r32 is a hr32 and an r34 is an er34 i think where the gtr's are bnr32 bcnr33 or something like that
  16. im pretty sure u splice into the o2 sensor wire on the ecu in the kickpanel, but not 100% sure
  17. that is an awesome looking skyline. nothing better the the 34 gtr rims!
  18. looks good, yeah i reckon change front spoiler as it does the series 1's no justice.. its just too thin i reckon congrats mate
  19. yes id like to know also what d3ltr33 is asking if u dont mind i have been pulled over 4 times since i bought my 33 (6 months) and not once have they asked to open the bonnet (knock on wood... i prob just jinxed myself) but yeah from what i can see, if your not driving a habib-mobile with severely lowered springs big chrome wheels and loud ass exhaust etc usually it is ok imo it goes by how the officer feels and his first impressions are. All 4 times i was with my wife and not doing anything wrong and yes im still young only 23
  20. no, replaced with a walbro kit for a skyline so it is quiet now answered ur other post
  21. the gtr pump will be different at the bottom where it sits in the cradle with the rubber so you cannot use the gtst rubber there. that is why people use stainless cable ties/clamps to hold the pump to the bracket. also the hose at the top of the pump may be a bit long and need a little trim that is about all, the sock on the bottom u can use on the gtr pump, also the wiring connections are the same (bolts through crimp lugs) so its up to u how to mount it... with a rubber would be best i rekon because when they installed mine it vibrated loudly because of it being held onto the cradle with cable ties
  22. tighten or loosen?
  23. i had a very slight fluttering noise when i put my pod on when i back off the throttle gently but as soon as i installed my fround mount geez it flutters like crazy. it must be echoing off the intercooler pipes and gets heard through the pod im guessing?
  24. sounds awesome hey, why it sounds so good i dont know.... but it gets annoying sometimes along with the bov
