Liams commenting was A1 You guys just dont appreciated the humour Top day none the less -
I wouldnt say youv gutted your cat, but its possible youv melted the bricks/comb and its now causing restrictions Youll know when youv gutted your own cat through overfueling, haha youll blow half of it out your exhaust and leaving a molten lava state thing on the road Its happened to a mate of mine that had his coilpack die on him Best (legal) is to get it replaced even if your unsure, or even so, unbolt the cat from the flange and have a look yourself, youll be able to tell the moment u see it

Mate of mine just happen to hear it on the radio scanner after it happened ill get him to post his views cos he went past there to have a looksie

Its funny what you think and dream about at age 14 (well, apart from girls) But im sure we all had a "dream" car back at that age, i remeber i wanted a Z31 300zx at the time But id say by the end of age 14 i changed my mine about 10times since then and another 50times since i was old enough to drive Funny how tastes change
-
Yeah i noticed this awhile ago... Some old run down servo, so far iv seen no cars there
-
haha nice one! Well Done guys! Cant wait to see it in the flesh! Ill make sure to wipe up my own mess before i leave

Iv sourced a factory cat back exhaust from Marcus (cheers ), but his missing the cat D'oh For some really odd reason when i got my turbo back exhaust made up, the guy only put a flange on the front side of the cat and welded the back side TO the exhaust Hence why i cant use my cat So, if anyone near the south eastern suburbs has one laying around i can borrow for a couple of days. Dont care what condition its in or whether it works or not, as long as there is a two bolt flange on either end of the cat, itll be fine Thanks in advanced! James

lol, any chance of being able to get my mini dv tapes back from Autosalon 2003 James and, has there been a compilation made?

I understand where your coming from Lawrence, but another thing having the accident, and another thing bragging about it on a public forum

Technically...its not a bogus test to say that im well aware of over the legal limit However, the guys at mcloud are well aware of how we put all the "illegal" modifaction back on straight after passing the test I need to clear up this rumour of the probationary period after an EPA where if you were to get another EPA notice with (i think) a 4 month period you get a $1000 fine (i know someone with this $1000 fine) Its been ~6months since my full inpsection
-
Thats what i was thinking of doing... I still have my passed noise test on paper, might fax it off to them with a "leave me alone" kindly letter *shrugs*
-
If your worried about emissions/o2 sensor, you can go to most mechanics and get that sniffer up your exhaust (after the cat install ofcourse) to have a look and see if it complies I belive you have to be running pretty rich for it to not pass... I know an FD RX7 that passed emissions without a cat :freak:
-
Luckly, its only a noise test and not a full inspection...i really dont want to go through one of those again i feel your pain
-
hmm, seem like those boys at the boozebus/anal lube station that night were on a mission James... got my EPA notice this morning from that night
-
have u got the supporting systems to be able to run this boost pressure safely?
-
i drove past that boose station going the opposite direction going home after a yarra blvd run.... i crapped my dacks as all the cops followed my car with their eyes, one of em radioing something into his mic just hope he wasnt taking my details down for an EPA letter i was going "suspciously" slow and whats worse is it was uphill
-
its a good site, but not when u want people from the past to find u...especially if there were issues Primary: Clayton South Secondary: South Oakleigh Secondary Uni: James Cook Uni bloody private school kids

Hi im Jack posting from whistla's nickname. First of all i would like to say to R32 BEAST is to actually know the facts before you start going around saying you know the facts. I was there at St Kilda Rd on Friday night/Saturday morning and actually witnessed the whole incident. This is a white R34GTT and was being driven 'wrecklessly'. Basically this is how it goes, trying to do fishtails, went too far right, over corrected. Went through 2 parking polls, then through the chain parking polls at the car park, then pushed 2 parked cars about 50cm-1m back. Turned out to be some big lebo trying to be 'fully sick'. So before trying to talk like you know who he is and what he did, try speaking to someone who actually witnessed the incident. No one was actually hurt but can't say too much about his car, and it was actually a beautiful looking R34, not just a muzzerd up 1. Shame he had to go f|_|ck it up. Funny thing is, he actually tried to start it up and leave. Too bad he didn't realise at the time but his cooler was just completely desimated and that there was just radiator fluid all over the joint.

haha they got the biggest lebs straight out of Bankstown NSW! MY DRiViNG SKiLLZ iZ 11 ouT oF 10! iV DoNeZ iT aLLZ uLeH! HeLLieZ, STaNDSTiLLZ, MaCCaZ CaRPaRK pfftt.. when i was doing my advanced driving courses, the worse drivers there were the "mums and dads" in their company cars equiped with ABS yet, my mate and myself with no ABS and slightly older cars were doing alot better than all of em i was FEARING being anywhere near these mums and dads when it comes to a situation to TRY and stop the car im not saying im any good, just saying that some poeple are alittle more aware of their surroundings, limits and their car. id say the top notch, quality reporting of TT told those habibs to talk themselves up to make em look stupid on tv (and they did look fvkcing stupid) i dont reckon anyone else here in that situation would talk themselves up like that before a test ...and if u think u would, your kidding yourself

and what a GORGEOUS tyre it is too... i was suggested a set of these by someone that knew where to get em from, let me try and get in contact with em again (theyve gone walk about) and see where he got me the quote from memory it was some place on Westal Road/Clayton, but the only place i know of around there is the Falken Tyre distribution place, might want to give it a go and see if they can source em in also, might want to give Traction Tyre & Suspension Centre (65 Kelletts Rd Rowville 3178) (03) 9764 2811 a call as i belive theyre Yokohama dealership and have ties within the racing industry worth a chance ill get back to you about that other option EDIT: aahh sh|t, just realised your in NSW
