  1. IMO R33 GTR brembos are overpriced. Sometimes yahoo has bargains on BBK.
  2. Got to the drags and see what it traps
  3. It should connect exactly the same way as the stock one. Line in, line out and a vac hose.
  4. What's the physical address?
  5. Don't bother cleaning the injectors as such, just all the electrical connectors you can find. Spray them with contact cleaner then scrape all the corrosion off the pins and re-tension all the female connectors.
  6. You would be better off finding someone to assemble AND tune it. Someone assembling an engine generally will not offer and warranty if tuned elsewhere. Or assemble it yourself and then get it tuned.
  7. If doing waterpump I'd do thermostat also. And the idler bearing fasteners would also be cheap insurance. Could put a whole gasket/seal kit through it also (especially if you have any leaks?). You will have most of it apart anyway... Get some contact cleaner and tiny files and clean all your injector/coilpack/afm/cas etc connectors.
  8. Let me know when you learn how to steer
  9. Vid in here: http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=328329
  10. A guy in WA l98'd his z32. Then added a snail. Then ran a 10.4 with ease lol
  11. Because betterer?
  12. Ok, send me a PM closer to the time. I go down Beaudesert rd daily so not too far out of the way to drop a cord off.
  13. Where do you live Pete? I have the full software. If you are somewhere remotely close I'd be happy to help.
  14. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) I will be in NSW picking up the new car the weekend of this event.

  16. Sold the grey (primered) zed on the weekend. Wasn't even trying. Must have been too cheap (which it was). Also booked flights to NSW to collect new one! Woot
  17. Are these the first or second version? Quite a lot of first version ones failed (in z32s). Bending like bananananas
  18. Cool, you make it sound nearly too easy lol
  19. I thought that might be the case, however, since the car isn't on the QLD books, what would they update exactly? Hell no I don't work for them, just in one of their buildings
  20. For interests sake, if I was to buy a non rego'd car from NSW, that happens to have had an engine swap along the line somewhere (engine number not updated), when I get the car to QLD and in prep for QLD rego, should I notify them of engine number change before I get the mobile roady guy out? Or? From what I remember, the mobile roady guy compared engine numbers before signing off on Cara's zed (which we bought from NSW). Enlighten me
  21. No sorry mate.
  22. I doubt you will get enough slack in the belt to change the pulleys without removing it?
  23. Pulley puller, cheap as Without knowing rb's specifically, I would say it will be faster and easier to pull the belt etc, do the gears and then chuck it back together
