In one of the older software versions, there was an issue where the VTC attributes in the address file were crossed up, effectivly making the logic impossible to activate it (unless you knew the issue was there, and could swap the values accordingly). I had this issue personally. Can't recall if it was ECU specific (type 2 Z32), it was the rpm engage/disengage fields that were ass about.

  8. When our vrx Outlander was written off near 18months ago, we bought a (well) used XC90. 1 owner, always serviced at the dealer who sold it. Nearly 230,000kms on it now and it has been awesome. So much so I think we will have Volvo's as the family cars for years to come. Haven't had to fix anything on it yet however.
  9. Fuel system is complete again now. 1650s are in etc Just finishing up install of in cabin fuel pressure gauge, have a grommet or 2 to replace, and footwell to put back together. Then just need to find the laptop charger and I can hopefully fire it up again.

  15. I have a set of 6 Bosch 1000cc top feeds for sale. These have only been used to get my zed to zedfest (~2000kms in 1 weekend), and have only had BP98 through them (but are E85 comp). I had these flow tested out of the box before I installed them because I wanted to make sure they were all in spec (never install injectors without testing, even brand new). 5 of them were exactly the same, and 1 was slightly over, perfect for a back cyl. Come with connectors/pigtails. Priced to sell, no BS, firm at $450.

  17. All fuel rail returns should be back to the surge tank to keep the surge tank full. My surge tank overflow (return to main tank) goes through a fuel cooler. OP's posts confuse me in regard to the plumbing layout in use exactly.
