just watched the vid. Sounds terrible but could be the location. Let idle and pull coil pack connectors 1 at a time and see if rpms change. If the rpms drop on a particular cyl report back.
If you can hear a leak and can't find it, check the dipstick.
Any more than 5-10psi is overkill. As long as it holds pressure and doesn't drop straight away, be happy.

Any description is better than a something is broken noise. Can't be that bad of a noise, otherwise (I) would not be driving anywhere after hearing it.
BTW, 3 zeds in shed. 2 engines out.
