New drivers should be learning in shit heaps. Learn much more driving a slow (and shakey) car fast than a fast car slow.
Aus will never have the driver edumacation required to make good drivers the norm.
Side note, new cars, even econo shit boxes would fare better hitting something at 80 than a skyline.

It can be done easy enough. I have a stock 24year old bottom end so I am only running 17psi. Turbos are good for another 4/5 psi. And they are just the little 2560's
