ahh nizmo just take deep breaths all the way through and have a good night sleep the night before. being relaxed in there is the best method. i usually get haulled in the bossed office and asked why i should be working where i am and if i want something better i should explain to him/her (i varies) why

One of the major problems for contractors dealing with Defence staff is that of terminology.
