Hi Guys, It is with great regret that I am announcing I will not be running for Treasurer for 2012 As such I cannot accept any nominations for 2012. I have a new baby due any day, and with work commitments ramping up to unprecedented levels, I simply dont have the time to commit to SAU VIC as required. I am hoping this is only a short term problem, and I intend to run for treasurer in future years as I love this club and want to be apart of it. It was a very difficult decision, however I am leaving this club in the best financial situation in its history; a fact I am very proud of. I wish the club all the best in the future and if i can give any advice, I am only a phone call away. Ross

You should possibly think about a different form of motor sport (all out time attack might not be for this project) or a different platform in which to start. This project is a pure work of engineering genius. Sadly these types of projects are too few and far between....and indeed the John Skolas of this world are even rarer! Haters gunna hate. Its very easy to bolt on tried tested parts, call it 'engineering' and get the result you expected (and that 1000 other people have got) Its a completely different level of engineering starting from scratch, putting theory into practice and analysing the results. I am in complete admiration for you and this project. I just wish I had the time, money, skill and equipment to do it.....for now i will just live through you.
