Actuator's are upgraded and since you do now get these when buying them from garret they are an extra cost. you are also getting the front section of exhaust manifolds to suit EGT sensors, (exhaust gas temperature) Custom exhaust set up with 3" dump pipes, exhaust alone was over $1000 to get made up.
