Converting to manual box within 3 weeks or so, selling gearbox as well as a stock fuel pump, both in perfect condition. car has done 130xxx now and no problems with box whatsoever. looking at $40 for fuel pump and $400 for box which is currently still in my car. please txt me if interested: 0403 918 371 or post on here for further details. Hi Mitch, how are ya mate? i pulled some outa my r33 when i made my parcel shelf, they're those spacer ones you get for 6'x9's? is that what your after or you plannin on mounting 6's in the shelf? pm me if yur interested ay. cheers Jon

yer thats exactly wat i did, decided that i wanted the led blue ones, removing the passenger one is not too bad but for the drivers door i removed the washer bottle, be carefull with the plugs on it though because they may be brittle like mine were. otherwise a pair of long nose pliers with a cloth (to avoid damaging the plug) will reach the drivers side one i would think. cheers, Jon

nah, i've just got the floor carpeted and my two subs sunk into the tyre well and have my two amps on a carpet board covering the battery etc. can remove it though ill need to get it remounted by the audio shop... was just hoping that i could get through the other side. anyway if you advise that it is easier to go through the boot, then ill do that. cheers

just another question, is it possible to change the fuel pump from inside the car? ie through removing the rear seats and then unscrewing the 'fire wall-like'plate that separates the cabin from the boot??? cheers in advance, jon

sounds good, thanks for your help, so to read the current pressure i need a fuel pressure gauge right? i heard you can just place them under the bonnet correct? and can i then just record the pressure at idle rpm???

Hi people, sorry if there is a thread on this already, i searched for it but couldnt find anything regarding this directly. I just purchased a new nismo fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator (for my r33 gtst). no major engine mods apart from pod, fmic and ebc. bought the pump for the sake that im getting a custom boot done and affraid that it might be a struggle to get the pump in afterwards... 1) will i need to upgrade anything eg fuel lines??? 2) is it ok to just replace the stock pump, leave the stock regulator (for now) and install nismo pump??? (ps: will eventually upgrade ECU to autronic one) 3) what about installing the regulator??? i know its adjustable, or can i just leave it off for now till i get injectors and ecu upgrade??? any suggestions appreciated ay... thanks in advance, Jon
