I got a 3 inch OMP 4 point harness from Go gear for about $240....came with most of the fitting to fit the skyline, clips and eye bolts that matched the existing seat belt bolts etc.

You can try auto clutch in Ossie Park. I am not sure if they do the full rebuild in regards to buttons etc but worth a try. They did excellent work on my os twin plate.
