  1. Thougth you would have stitched it, I have read that doing welds without spacing them 'stiching' does not allow the chassis to flex at all and can cause the weld to tear with time. I could be wrong though.
  2. I am doing an RB26 swap and the diff I have found out to be a 4.3 ratio diff i.e. 48/11=4.364 so should be a good match for the RB25 gearbox. What oil is recommended for this diff, looking at a Redline or Royal Purple fluid.
  3. All this is missing is some pics and it will be golden.
  4. Okay I picked up a diff for my S15 that I am swapping an RB26DETT into. I have gathered that the diff is a 4.3 ratio and has LSD as when I spin the halfshaft both turn. Can anyone tell me if the diff is a VLSD or an LSD, is there anyway easy way to know as I want to swap in some new Redline gear oil but want to know which one to use. Here are some pics if someone can tell me it would be great. I am not seeing the viscous sticker on it but not sure if it may have fell off.
  5. Does anyone have the wiring for the Intake and EXT sensors for the MFD. I have the Intake sensor and the EXT on order and as I have the Vspec model I have access to them. Just need to have both wired to have them functionable on the MFD unit. Thanks and also got my MFD working proper so weekend it is going in and also going to have the wires for the EXT and Intake run as well. Jason.
  6. Actually there are about 10 or so GTTs and 30 GTRs, from Signal, Trial and other big name Japan Tuners. Ah well I thought it would cost an arm and a leg. Will check the US instead then.
  7. Interested in the CF lip and bonnet if you can do shipping to Trinidad in the Caribbean although you may not want to chance it. Let me know if you can get sea freight for the items, my port in Trinidad is Port-of-Spain. Jason.
  8. Gonna throw it out there. Wanna ship to Trinidad in the Caribbean :-
  9. I got it from a place in China, a place called 3Dlens but I am sure you can get it local to you'll. I bought a big sheet in the event that I screwed up something. Took three weeks to get it but it worked out fine. I simply got a fine blade, I used a razor blade and removed the outer damaged screen from the LCD that was totally cracked and then cleaned the screen with some methylated spirits and applied the adhesive polarized film to it and it worked fine, like new now. So now there is one last piece to my puzzle, this is going int this weekend .
  10. Fixed it,
  11. So I had a cracked MFD screen. I removed the outer polarized screen that left me with a screen that was so bright I could not make out anything on the screen. I read that I could get a polarized LCD adhesive to replace it and it should work. I bought it and replaced it and here is what I am getting now. Your thoughts, besides it F@#ked, is it a backlight problem?
