  2. Hmmm well that escalated quickly. Markos this was my second bench after 6 weeks break from chest. I knew my form would be off so I kept it well within my range to avoid injury. I just wanted to actually get the video done so that I got the ball rolling, hence receiving feedback and improving my form as this will do. But it's true that you could have been a little more graceful I don't have a problem with male presence, actually I prefer it as I find most bitches crazy and the majority of my mates are guys and the whole motorbike riding thing being the only girl also in my engineering course sooo you get the point. I never knock down free stuff though and I appreciate your effort to help my form.

  8. I've been trying melatonin for the last week because sleep has been terrible. Unfortunately it's due to my environment, bad bed, noisy trams and traffic through closes windows and blinds that don't fully black out the room. As a full time student I'm mot in the position to change these things. I'm a super light sleeper so it affects me quite a bit. I wear ear plugs. Melatonin makes a difference but I'm not sure if it's completely good yet. Until you're over 50 you shouldn't require as much as the minimum pill size. Infact you could require even less than a quarter pill which is what I'm on. It's good and puts me to sleep but I find I am a little but groggy sometimes in the morning and never feel fully refreshed. I f**king long for those times when I could sleep in until 12 and feel like kicking arse, now I'm just constantly drinking coffee with no effect and getting cranky. Will continue to try is as its better than nothing but I hope I catch up soon. Not much else I can do

  10. Eh? I wasn't blaming my injury weakness. Was saying my muscles aren't developed because I haven't worked them because of time off due to injury. Have no weakness in the shoulder now.
  11. Churs that was my second time back on chest after my rotator cuff muscle went super freaky so I'm pretty happy with thy number since I consider myself to be almost back to square one. Will try again next week

  13. Everything is going well. Just back at Uni so too busy for forums. Also am still logging on my phone as I go but since I'm now past 2 months of straight gym I've lost the OCD about posting every single exercise I do Now that I'm at Uni I fit in gym sometimes in between classes which is awesome. Close grip lat pull downs are going well, 120lb ful max sets. Also my last dead lifting and squats session went really well, still on the same weights but was awesome form, where I wanted to be with squats before I up the weight again. Will do again to confirm still good then up it. Finally got back to bench today, rotator cuff had been sore until now. Other than that everything is just rolling along without event. Seeing a bit of physical change, legs arms an shoulders. Can feel the abs but still 67kgs so will be a while yet before I see them I think! Over and out

  16. Crossed over to the beefceke side today... 77.5kg DL was making my grip feel iffy so have now removed gloves and also tried mixed grip.
  17. Hahaha wow, well tell him I said thanks. I like the word 'spastic'! And 'quick'... and 'hot' haha. That was probably at the last track day I did before I stopped to fix CFS.
  18. Best I can do with LPD is 110lbs on my max set, the other day I did pull ups and the assistance was weighted at 95lbs. I'm working at it but it's not my main priority.
  19. Because generally you grow out of tonsillitis and we have penicillin. Why have a surgical procedure that's unnecessary?

  21. Had a good day today, 10x75kg dead lift. Squats are still the same, could up them but was to perfect my form as much as I can and I know I can do better at the moment. Will eventually update my log!
  22. Yep, throat gargles taste gross but really you just need to HTFU for 30 seconds. Have some of that in my cupboard and it's not actually the worst tasting. Used to the smell from dousing horse injuries in it though
  23. Cool, thanks for that! Well in more positive news I'm pretty sure I'm ready to up LPD close grip to 110lbs without consequence on form, did a 7th set last night and finished the 10 reps with no trouble. Also triceps are getting a lot stronger as well. Can now see physical changes in triceps and abs and maybe a little in thighs.
