Damn that sucks! Dirty Numberplate WTF! I wonder if they ever pull the people over with their old yellow numberplates that have for example # "10." Plenty of these I've seen so faded you cant even read them. Never mind the shitty old ones you see on 20+ year old cars you never see anything done about.
