  1. Did he not just answer the question which is relevant to the topic matter?
  2. Ignitor connected properly including the earth?
  3. Too hard to say what to do... I know of course what I want to do... love the car too much to let go!!
  4. Noooooo, i've still got my baby..... I cant let gooo :(
  5. It wasn't me it was the alchohol, i'm good at delegating responsibility
  6. At least parking fines are no demerit points... I find a problem with that sig... what if I've just acquired a turbocharged (2) V8...
  7. Originally I loved the VR SS, when they were just out. I believe that was about 1993? At that time I recall remembering something about Bathurst and the races there, and having one of my Dads friends having a R32 GT-R (Australian delivered). That thing was unreal for the time. It culminated in 2001 buying my first GTST and now moving onto the original legend being the R32 GT-R. Yet I have to let it go soon
  8. JETR-32 you might want to rethink your comments I'm yet to see a $17k car, HERE, for sale, and daresay it would be a prime example of absolute trash.
  9. Pull the motor and fix the thing like Pete said. Then blow it up. Then rebuild it. Or buy a 2nd RB26 and rebuild that, and pull your pristine RB26 out and sell it once its built. Thats what I'm doing
  10. Our road rules are based on the lowest common denominator, that is why unless there is serious reform we will never move forward.
  11. Good on you Nathan sounds good mate. I've just submitted a 1000 word proposal to them, outlining my personal point of view, I'd really like to be involved.
  12. You can actually get RB-25-DE quite cheap The most work will be finding a way to get it into the country under the private import law!
  13. Welcome If you can prove that you've owned the vehicle for 12+ months, you are able to import the car without compliance and so forth. However as its in your mums name im not sure of the procedure, or if that loophole exists. Otherwise you would unfortunately be unable to import the car as its too highly modified, and that I don't know if R32 GTS25 are on the compliance listing. R34 GT-T go upwards of $30k AUD, depending on spec.
  14. I'd say this would affect almost a majority of NSW owners on this board
  15. Could be interested, have you got any photos, where you located? Please email [email protected]
  16. You're indeed correct, something I've overlooked, apologies.
  17. I wouldn't be running any boost until you've run it in properly. You'll still reach the limit of your stock turbos at around 1 bar of boost. My motor was running 253rwkw @ 1 bar with a stock motor, stock turbos, for reference.
  18. For reference, my stock motor from a R32 made 253rwkw @ 1 bar dynodynamics, but that is the usual 98 octane. 93 octane would be a serious disadvantage, and, although its hard to estimate I'd figure with my basic math it'd be somewhere between 190rwkw and 205rwkw dynodynamics. There is certainly a bit more power in a better tune
  19. For reference: Dynojet has nowhere near the drivetrain loss of a dynodynamics dyno, hence the large figure.
  20. Terrible news. Both a shame and a waste of life. Its just not worth it
  21. I pushed the other kid off the swings at the park, and now im the tuffest kid in the whooole playground!

  23. IMDO hope the 15 yr rule holds out for you
  24. Agreed Dino. Whatever happened to putting responsibility on the individual.
