  1. All, This is my fiance's car, and current daily driver. She has owned it for approx 2 years, prior to that owned by another forum member since brought into the country by a dealer in 2001. Now for sale due to upgrade. 1994 RB25DET 5 speed Black, straight with no damage 95,000kms with full history in AUS, recently serviced & major service complete (timing belt etc). Has 6 CD stacker & Razo gearknob Limited amount of modifications (reciepts available as per previously owner) APEXi split pulse dump pipe APEXi front pipe / 3.5" cat back APEXi AVC-R APEXi SAFC K&N panel filter with airbox HKS Turbo Timer & Boost Gauge The vehicle only runs 6psi day in day out. Has made 202rwkw @ 10psi with dyno sheet available. Don't come and see it unless you are ready to buy. Priced to sell at $12,490. Flexible on price if some/all modifications removed. \\
  2. Evening, Quick query regarding R33 / R34 differences Do R33 GTST exhausts fit R34 GTT ? (I.e. is the floorpan the same?). Its an APEXi aftermarket exhaust - split pulse dump, front pipe, and cat back exhaust - not a stock ones, not sure if it will swap over to the R34? As well, if currently a SAFC & AVCR installed in a R33 - are they adaptable to a R34 GT-T or are they for use to the R33 models only? Cheers
  3. Not sure on what your personal situation i.e. age / etc is - but I'll share my story for what its worth I was recently seconded to Melbourne for work (recently returned) - lived in South Melbourne for about 6 months, and bought a place in Richmond to spend the remainder. Top areas I'd certainly look at if I were to spend more time back in mexico. If you were after a house or a bit more space I'd perhaps look at Hawthorn and out south/eastwards to suit your budget. Though you'll be kicking yourself not having bought a piece of the place earlier, Melbourne is doing quite well in terms of property growth...

    Damn Taxes!

I love the taxman, he always brings me something nice Private health is great if you've got all the extras (i.e. hospital etc), but the basic will still help you out (ever had to pay for an ambulance callout?)
  5. So if anyone asked me what the best view in ADL would get you? It'd prob be a hotel room in the Hyatt, on the exec floors. Tell you what though, reality sets in REAL QUICK when you get a ride in this car. You're in the market for a GTR? Daily? Track car? Either way - you'd be mad not to consider this car. Ben - Mate, I think you're a lunatic for dropping the price like this. Given the current climate, perhaps its hard to sell a car because everyone is struggling to put their money to gether, and perhaps too poor to buy a decent R32 GTR and would rather buy one that will explode in 2000km? Tell you what mate, if I was in the market for one again, you'd have the cash in your account YESTERDAY - its the perfect compromise between track monster that'll outperfom 99% of cars here, and reliable daily driver that'll again, outlive 99% of cars for sale here. Tough to prove it though, its like nobody on here has enough cash to buy a decent car, they seem all hung up oin buying pieces of shit instead
  6. How depressing Whatever technology is implemented, you can bet someone will have a way around it.
  7. You're right. One lunatic in a AE86 means everyone else can't drive. Good scentific comparison, can I sign up to your newsletter?
  8. I don't see how this will help our lowest common denominator on AUS roads
  9. This thread just got so much better. I like those pics. My feedback is basically limited to the words; massive and cans. Perhaps in sequence. "My R33 GTR made 600.1 AWKW @ CRD" Hope this helps.
  10. Agreed 0.81 will make 450rwkw on a RB26 with a shade under 30psi but the 3L will like the 1.00
  11. lol Hey 700HP-GTR33, you got any bigger pictures of your avatar?
  12. My girlfriend has the fastest near stock black yoga mat in the boot 94 R33 GTST in not just NSW but the world
  13. I'm sure it wasn't in his dreams.
  14. Not trying to de-value your sale, but you'll need to pull motor out (and back in) for this job (most shops ~1500 R&R) Oil pumps are cheap, plus sump Then you need to ensure the bearings etc are in reasonable condition (might as well replace etc) as you wouldn't want to risk it with an oil pump failure. But all that considered - This will STILL be exceptionally cheap !!!!
  15. Lived in both.... Melb is nicer place and a better place to live in general. People are more friendly, atmosphere more relaxed, weather sucks but hey. The place is more organised, traffic is better. Will end up back in Sydney soon; theres certainly alot more of Sydney I'd like to avoid when I'm back there.
  16. Yeah man, Dom did well, sold it...... guy from Double Bay bought it and rolled it into a pre-school... totally written off Hope yours lasts a bit longer... never sell it..... and keep us updated!!
  17. Looks fantastic... second green T04Z 32 GTR on the forums... Can't wait to see it in action
  18. Those, if you're talking about 500rwkw Dynojet, it may be a bit more achieveable.
  19. Guess MPH tells the story
  20. I did the opposite, moved from Syd to Melb (bought a place at Richmond) Unfortunately Sydney is not going to be anywhere near as cheap as Melb... with rental yields on the way up it may be difficult to find something that suits owning your car within inner suburbs. I'd recommend you take a trip up there and have a look at the areas you're interested in (do your research with reference to your budget.....), that'll help you get an idea.
  21. 15 year rule is history, no good anymore
  22. I believe this car has already been owned by 2 members of the forum....
  23. That R32 sounds like a weapon, throw some photos up so he can have a better look......
  24. Paging Yoda.
  25. What oil pump you using now?
