  1. Whats a NIC's? By the way I had a rb20det ecu(setup for a standard rb20det AFM) running perfectly with my 300zx afm & safc2...there's a special setting in the safc2 to configure the 300zx AFM. I hope that helps.
  2. I had a similar issue, & discovered it was my ecu. After replacing it(socketed ecu) my car was back to normal. try a different ecu...Hope that helps...
  3. This happened to me not too long ago with the exhaust temp light coming on. I had a dodgy ecu, once I replaced it, everything was cool & back to normal...
  4. I got mine from ebay, either way should be fine. Just pre arrange postage costs & you should be fine. Installation is pretty straight forward...
  5. They're great I bought a set of 400cc deautsh injectors for my rb20det gts4 & haven't had any issues whatsoever!
  6. A guy in sydney & in auckland have done 300kw's in an rb20. On the safe side I think 250kw would be a good aim. Make sure you do a alot've research on a responsive turbo. I 've got a rebuilt rb20det & it spools up similar to the factory one but has a max output of 350hp(265kw's). Make you've got all the supporting mods first cause things can break down real easy if mods aren't done in the correct order. Hope that helps...
  7. Does your car actually turnover or does it just click when trying to start her?
  8. It's either you've not soldered one of the wires properly( resistor\gtr setup), so its probably worth double checking. Other wise it could be your ecu, you could get a mod chip programmed for your setup from ebay for $45.0 & get someone to install a eprom socket into a your spare factory ecu, the ecu you've got at the moment could be dodgy?. Also check your spark plugs they could be fouled up. Triple check for air leaks or blockages. Have a look at your AFM, could do with a clean....
  9. Hi A fuse in my r32 gts4 was blown & somehow fried my chipped ecu( setup for 400cc injectors ). Does anyone know if there will be any issues if I tempoarily put my old chipped ecu back into my car, however its chipped for factory sized injectors. I've put the old ecu back into the car & she starts fine & is idling as per normal. I haven't driven it on the road yet as I don't want to get stuck somewhere. Any help would be appreciated...
