all i do is bench, deadlift, and pullups....sometimes squat when i'm not being lazy. Seriously i struggle to spend more than 40 minutes in the gym these days.
But i have abs....how does that work???
Cmon guys, by now you should all know abs/being lean/ripped whatever you want to call it, is all diet. You can squat 300kg's and be fat, and you can squat 300kg's and be ripped.
The weights don't give a shit about your physique, they just want to be lifted. You alone are in control of your physique.
On a side note though, the more muscle you have, the more you can afford to eat junk food and shit....like me eating ice-cream every night
