The GT3? Nah was red. The R8 was white, and the Diablo was a champagne gold type colour... BAHAHAHAH GOLD!!! I think it's just that ppl aren't scared of driving their nice cars on melbournes roads because their actually decent roads unlike sydney!

spotted a few Skylines around the way while i was south of the border.. spotted a red R34 that had "Fast and the furious RX7" styling...was different..that was in Camberwell. also spotted a silver R34 GT-T with the plates "SWCL" in Doncaster @ La Porchetta and spotted a few other ones...few 33's couldn't find your Supercar Spotted thread (if you have one) But i spotted: Old school Lamborghini Diablo red Porsche GT3 (plates were BADGT-3) Audi R8 Ferrari 599

I know this is the NSW thread, but i was shocked while i was in Melbourne during the week...in 2 days i spotted: Ferrari 599 GTB Audi R8 Porsche GT3 (plates were BADGT-3) Lamborghini Diablo (old school) crazy stuff

They hold them fairly regularly weevil. Get onto the Project D website, i think they said there was more dates going up this week o_0 seemed ok to me... never said it was a bad thing... Yeah when i was there, there was a Ford GT club drag meet on...i think some of them were jealous cos they knew their cars couldn't do it lol..but in all honesty there were some nice cars there...there was an epic AC Cobra *drools*

I didn't think you could in R32s? This makes my decision all the more difficult lol. I would have to say definitely the R32..it seemed to be the only car i could get stuff right in lol. Was definitely under powered, but made me miss my old RB20. I had 2 other rotations in both the s14 and the R33 for the final transition task..couldn't get it close to anything that resembled right...first run in the R32...nailed it....well not so much "nailed it" but got alot closer than i did previously and actually completed the run The s14 i found to be really punchy and quite quick, didn't like the R33, it was quick, but yeah i found it heavy. I didn't use the sil80, but it seemed to go well from what i saw

Its now held in WSID car park...its actually a really cool set up..i liked it

Hi All, I understand this will probably get deleted but i wanted to publicly pass on my sincere gratitude to Ferds, Amy, Schembri, Jabbot, Rob, Dan and everyone else involved in Project D for making yesterday such an awesome day. I would highly recommend this to ANYONE and EVERYONE who even has a remote interest in drift. It's so much fun and you learn so much. I went to the day struggling to do 180 degree handbrake turns (first activity), by the end i was doing controlled donuts around a cone and linking drifts!!! The guys are all very professional and always offer you the best advice possible to help you improve on your techniques. Even throughout the day they are all very approachable and will answer any questions you may have, even if it's not relating to the school, they're keen to just have a chat So thankyou again guys! I will definitely be back to do level 2! And also have some people interested in coming along to the day! Rgds, Nick I will add though, its left me feeling all conflicted...i went to the day still 100% sure i'd eventually be buying a R32 GT-R....now i'm thinking it's definitely GTSt time again!

hmm.. Doesn't like skaife? LOL Yeah i can't say i'm a fan of the stripes either...but he has them on the TRD hilux too so i assume he's a fan and that's all that matters i guess. $125K seems a bit steep to me though??? Am i missing something? I know the car is built etc and has had a lot of money poured into it, but i just thought maybe that was a bit high given the cars actual condition (looked less than showroom in the pics..)

I attended a training workshop for work yesterday, and we had to introduce ourselves, explain our role, and what we do for fun to everyone, and i was talking to a lady that works here in HR, and said that i'm into skylines/silvias/drifting - automatically got called a hoon. She said it in a laughing matter (purely because i don't think she completely understood the concept of drifting). But it really got to me that someone who doesn't know me and has never met me before, hears the word drifting, and automatically labels that person a hoon? I figured there was no point arguing with her about the difference between a car enthusiast and a hoon, and considering she's alot higher up in the organisation, i didn't want to ruffle too many feathers (also that the room was full of company executives, and my direct manager) thought it probably wasn't appropriate so i copped it on the chin and walked off.

spotted DOR134 yesterday on James Ruse Drive and a few other skylines while i was at Rosehill yesterday

also spotted a silver R35 in my bedroom waiting to be built! got it for my b'day..can't wait to get started on it! finding the time is so tough though
