You don't have to own a Skyline to become a member, approx 60% of our current members own something 'other than a Skyline'..
SAU VIC Member Benefits:
CAMS Affiliation: to get a CAMS licence and compete at track days, you need to be a current member of a CAMS Affiliated Club such as SAU VIC.
SAU VIC Member discounts: many of our sponsors offer exclusive member discounts on a broad range of products, services & labour.
SAU VIC Members-Only Section: access to the members-only section on the forums. This private section includes details of members only events, sponsorship discounts, special offers, members chat and for sale section.

As SAU VIC is a registered not-for-profit organisation, our events must have public liability insurance. Members-Only events are covered by our CAMS public liability insurance (included in your membership fee). Therefore all members need to have a current financial membership to attend members-only events. This is not to be confused with your personal car insurance.
Payment Details:
The quickest way to get your membership processed is to complete the membership form on our website and then transfer membership fees directly into the SAU VIC bank account, OR pay via PayPal (link will be provided once you complete the application form)

Membership Fees:
$80 for a new membership (12 months)
$170 for 3 years
$60 for a renewal (12 months from date of last expiry)
$150 for 3 years
If your membership has expired, you have 2 months to renew before your Members-Only Forum Access is removed.
Please note that all personal details provided on the membership forms will be available to all current and future members of the SAU VIC Committee for administration, planning and organisational purposes, by way of an online members database, which is stored on a secured server. You can update or remove your personal details at any time by sending an email to secretary@sauvic.com.au. Keeping your contact details up to date is always appreciated and will ensure you receive all club notices.
We welcome members from all different backgrounds into our club and we are a friendly bunch! So be sure to come down to one of our many events and introduce yourself. We have plenty of open events for non-members if you're not sure about signing up, and everyone is welcome to our Monthly General Meetings - Keep an eye on the forums for details on the next monthly meet location.

In light of the increasing number of "urgent" requests, please keep the following in mind: When applying for membership, remember all SAU VIC Committee Members and SAU Forum Admins are volunteers, we are not paid for our time, we have full time jobs and families to attend to. Processing your membership is a joint responsibility between the Secretary, Treasurer and SAU Admins, so we have a set process which must be adhered to, and would appreciate your patience in waiting for your membership pack or members-only access.
Please allow up to 15 business days as stated on the membership form. Member access can take up to 30 business days.
Please keep all 'urgent' requests to a minimum, we are always willing to help if possible, but please try to be organised and send your application in well in advance of an event. That would be considerate and appreciated, thank you!
