and then there's this clause (taken straight out of the PDS) This Policy Does Not Cover: ……..loss, damage or liability and/or compensation for damage caused whilst any Insured Vehicle is being driven by or is in charge of any person…… ….. who is charged with driving in an Unlawful Manner or contrary to the Road Traffic Act in Your State or Territory, resulting in loss or damage to the Insured Vehicle/s or any Third Party property.
