  1. Welcome Aboard!!!!!! I love Stagea's (spelling???), they look very sleek. If i didnt own my 34, i'd own a Stag.... Hope to see you around buddie. Cheers.
  2. Ok... I am putting an end to all of this.... Think......GTR Z-Tune....Ultimate street machine...Can't beat that....Mazda out the window. Anyone heading out this arvey? Remember...GT-R Z-TUNE
  3. Just read the bad news. I was really upset to read this kind of thing happening here in Australia. I sometimes believe we need more police patrolling the street to instill the idea that they will catch wankers who want to try this shit. I don't care if people hate police and dont want to be caught doing stupid shit in your car, but think about it, we need more of these people to scare away dickhead$ who want to pull crap like this. Hoping your mate recovers quickly. I just hate what this world is becoming. Chris
  4. Looking forward to catching up with you and hearing about this "game"......btw, does it involve a fake white gtr 32????haha...Single turbo RB20det GTR my a$$
  5. This is me relaxed Sounds like you have a big night on your hands Chris. Congratulations!!!!
  6. I thoroughly enjoy driving manual cars. I find them very responsive and like the feeling of having total control. R33Cruisers car was a pleasure to drive and has a very nice clutch system, very tough running gear i must say. Can't really agree about the lazy part. Some of us just cant afford the gap of 4-7 Grand... Which in todies society is quite acceptable. Either way, its about enjoying what you have and respecting your right to use the road. I quite enjoy my Skyline, regardless of transmission. Any plans for this weekend? Thinking i might wash my car. (hasnt been washed for over 8 days!!!!!) Cheers
  7. I recently found these types of sounds coming from my neo and had it inspected by a mechanic.....He seems to believe its the injectors or the lifters...which are quite normal indeed. If you still believe the problem is a whistling sound, 9 out of 10 times it'll be a loose or split pipe. Just found one on my car a few days ago, seemed to be the power steering air pipe....You wont really hear much of the noises coming from pipes with sucking vaccume...thus hearing the pipes like the power steering which push air into other parts of the engine. my 2c... Chris
  8. This forum isnt supposed to be for fighting and i don't intend to play along any further. It may only be auto, but I couldnt afford the manual version which costs another $5-7k....i'm sorry that i am just not a wealthy as you. Maybe i'll see you out somtime??? give me yell if your heading out and maybe you might appreciate the cars looks and just not judge it on the basis of it being auto. Geez....
  9. I checked what you said with a mech and his agree's.....i will give it ago... pics would be great though. thanks
  10. I can understand that...However, it doesnt sound logical to tap the power steering vacuum line into the boost control does it? Apparently the power steering boost line is the power steering modules way of venting the compression from using it - Thus needs to vent somewhere it can be disposed of....probably not best t-ing it into the boost controller... Additional help??? Pics...anything..
  11. Hi, This has not yet been covered and i would like anyone with an R34 who has installed a boost control to assist people like myself who have had trouble installing one. As you may know, this is not as simple as the r33, as the R34 has a separate pipe running off the power steering pump into the boost line, which makes the whole process allot different to the r33. I would like to get any help/walkthroughs/pics as to the installation of a boost control on the 34. As mentioned above, the biggest problem is getting around the power steering pump pressure line (which is tapped into the boost line). Your help is much appreciated, and believe me, I've looking for a thread like this and its completely closed down. Cheers. Chris
  12. Depends..... You a coppa?
  13. I'll think about it...Looking to set up our own. At least we get maximum track time this way. And i've heard $100/each is a fair asking price. Cheers.
  14. I will only be doing 12 cars or less. Anymore than 12 would make it less interesting. I am sure we all want as much track time as possible. Plus 12 means its just mates....no randoms. Want to get some numbers... So far: AS - Soarer CD - R34 GT-T Matt - S2 R33 - Pimping Michelle - R33 maybe???? GT - Maxima BP - R33 S1 - Maybe Fake GTR Kiwi Guy - lol - Maybe Malagan - R32 - Maybe Anyone else???
  15. Your wrong Wang Chung - The $699 version isnt a POVO PACK.... It is the lastest version of the PS3, which features new capabilities that allow you to upgrade certain firmwares you previously couldn't....Improved Blu-Ray and a 40gb... (its normally 60gb), but no one needs that much... I would rather pay $699 for a console with 20gb's less, instead of paying his $850....Rip off to the max. Good luck with your sale. Cheers.
  16. This is a little random.... But i was thinking of organising an SAU Skid Pan Day at Gympie sometime soon....need around 12 people..$100 each. Let me know if your interested or can help organise this. Cheers.
  17. A couple of us will be vimping this evening. Cya's out.
  18. Did Burke get a screamer? Didnt see him out last night. booooooost......
  19. Free Bump - This is a really nice looking R32. Probably the cleanest looking one i've seen around for a long time. Good luck with your sale. Chris
  20. Best idea ever. I knew you werent direct welding it let me know when its done...sweet.
  21. Nah, his BOV is aftermarket, but its VTA....and if it was direct welded it wont be coming off...Say he wants to install the stock one for a week or something, at least he has options if you weld an adapter plate that suits both... Kind like my GFB one...paid the extra and it bolts up stock.. You get what you pay for.
  22. Hey, I wouldnt direct weld on your BOV as its VTA....just weld the adapter plate and bolt the bov onto it.... just gives you the option to remove ur vta bov incase you need to, hehe Good luck though, sounds like a good project Cheers
