Does anyone else's stagea do this? When my wheel is centred and say turn it right or left half a turn, it feels like it wants to kick back to the centre. This also happens while im driving and take a corner. I know a normal steering wheel is suppose to pretty much centre itself automatically after you take a turn, but my one is somewhat on the rougher side. Im starting to think it maybe could be a power steering pump / fluid issue. Any advice on what i should check or get checked out?

If the ballast harness is cut (by compliance), and then re-resoldered (by one of us) would it affect the workings of the unit at all? A few people on here have mentioned once its been cut, it then cannot work again. Can someone shed some light on this? Cheers

And the unit is quite cheap too! How did you go about hooking up the aerials to the unit Chook and was it easy to install?, where abouts did you install/mount it and most of all, how easy is it to use (ie: do you need to wire an infra-red eye to change channels etc)?

Yeh brycey, the bars on offer still as long as i get your silver bumper for the time the mould is being made i'll let you boys sort out the numbers etc.. so just give me a holla when you want it. Just a suggestion.. Is there any way that carbon fibre insert on some of the dayz bumpers can be copied too? (mine doesnt have this, but i think it looks great).

Well mines on offer boys, and you can take the rear bumper skirt thingy and get it copied too. It will hopefully be registered next week and be used as my daily, but if someone has a spare stock bumper i can wack on just to get around in the meantime etc, i would be quite happy to do that. Perhaps i could even get it repainted while their at it

"This unit will work with any NTSC or PAL monitor with RCA input" Does this mean it could work on our NTSC navi units?

Funny to start this topic, i was actually thinking about it today... I have a dayz 2 bar on my car which has a few scratches/chips etc. and was going to get it repainted one day. How long does it take to get the mould made up? My car is sitting here at home unregistered and will be for the next week or two until my comp plate arrives. So if anyone from sydney who wants to arrange for it to be copied can come and take it for a few days if need be? Just a suggestion....

Ok my struts died today. In need for a new pair, can someone clarify whether they are the maxima ones that fit? and also has anyone in the sydney area had their's replaced and can recommend somoene? Sorry to be repetitive, just did not quite catch on to what struts were being used.

I tried playing around with it etc, but i can't actually see it doing anything when i flick from TV to NV. Im assuming it means TV/Navigator or something along them lines. So just wanted to see if it served any particular purpose before i ripped it out. I hate this NAVI unit... so so annoying!!

Hey guys! Finally got my car tonight, and noticed how dirty the damn thing is (especially the engine bay). So was going to get the vehicle completely detailed, but before i do that i wanted to check with you guys on what i should do. Obviously the engine needs a good wash etc... But previously i read on here that some guys had stuffed up their coilpacks or plugs when motor washed. What precautions should i take before cleaning it?

Thanks Mike, will look into it! Webng, My car too has that Navi screen thingy in it and so want to get rid of it.... need to find a climate control unit to replace it with, im assuming it would just plug straight in the existing loom?

I'd look into an Xforce exhaust system with a varex muffler... thats the setup im going to use when i get my car. Google it or go to the xforce website to see a video of it.

Thought so.... Mine is a test vehicle too, The final Dotars inspection is on the 30th .... I so cant wait to get my hands on it!!! Looks like us sydney boys have to go cruising sometime soon.
