there not covers, i taped up the lights and sprayed the black bits the same colour as the car, bit they look ausome just like a s2 but flush with the car. id love s2 lights but hey mine r different.

haha this is soooo funny, the usual dispute i guess. im with the shop here i guess. i put my own front mount on to save a bit of cash cos it really aint that hard, the only thing i have had done in a shop was my zhaust and if i had of went back to find that they had cut up my rear bumper to acommodate a huge cannon or sumthing i wud have been EXTREMELY pissed. i can see how the customer was pissed off tho cos from what i remember its illegal to drive a car with no bumber so legally he couldnt have driven the car away and could have demanded the front bar be fit, even with cutting. but yea a fone call would have fixed it. Moral of my story is... as a customer you need to know what is going to happen to ur car wen u drop it off, look it up or ask questions. a simple search on here would have let fan33 know his bar would need cutting, thats what this websites for. dont just leave ur car off saying here i want this turbo on my car *hands over turbo sent from japan* and xpect wen u come back in a week it'll be like new, theres always something that happens. also talk to the guys at the shop, ive never left ne car at a shop without telling them to call me if there are any dramas, that included wen i dropped my old lancer in for a roadworthy, which was lucky cos the car needed $1000 worth of stuff done to pass, and i was called before work commenced, what would have happened if i was short of cash???

i moved here in 04 and i didnt just move state i moved country! u will settle in and meet some pretty cool people on the coast. i couldnt believe the cars when i got here first and as soon as i stepped out of bris airport i fell in love with skylines cos id never seen a skyline in real life before and since then ive seen so many crazy cars! got over surfers AGES ago, id rather go to a pub or rsl now, but thats prob cos im not searching for tail, i have my women.

cos wen u stop and get out its nearly on the last thread, newat figured out how to stop it, however it dnt matter cos unscrewing it didnt seem to make a diff in the bov noise so im leaving it totally screwed in. i finally gave in , took out the plug that came with bov and used a coke bottle lid which is well more suited due to size. had it on now for more than a week and not a problem. and btw this bov only cost me $50! brand new so wooops its a cheapy! but the spring is fine so far!

finally someone mite get something going down here! i usually drive all the ways up to brissie to go to tnd or other coffee meets and its a hell of a drive! im a tru coasty, used to live in broady and parkwood but im just on the border atm in tweed and still driving to brissy to meets! organise somethin on the coast and im there with bells on.D

haha good man mick, i was waiting for u to pipe up!glad to hear ur in, let me know wen ur sure tho!ill post up all the details on times etc on wed night but so far the plan goes like this we can all me at hyperdome as per usual - time to be confirmed. we'll cruise for about 45-50 mins on the highway to the nsw border and were going to have a bbq by the beach there will be plenty of parking for us and the point were going up to has an amazing view of the gold coast and its quite too. also no worries of bbq's fueled by sticks! lol there are gas bbq's up there and if the council decideds to have the gas turned off that day, or its pissing rain, ill be bringing my portable bbq. also theres lots of space undercover for us incase it does rain! sorry it wont be at my place but yea we'll have more room neway at the beach. ne preferences for what people would like to eat or shud i just stick to the usual menu, snags, bread and chicken kebab sticks? byo booze btw.

ok to update this thread. the car has had a major service with dan at ERD, running beautifully now and sitting over 100,000kms mods done:- Duel-stage boost controller Blow off valve Wing removed and car de-badged Reper33: thanks for the comments, glad u like the car however i am sad to say i still cant understand ur plates!?? please explain... and as for the rear lights being painted, was just cheaper than buyin the impul covers for them and looks cool, makes the colour flow and is different to the black rear garnish every other 4door has!
