Got these stickers with my HKS actuator and just wondering what they translate to..
Cheers
Yeah its stock internally...
but add ons.. has secondary injectors, Greddy rebic fuel computer, HKS ext wastegate, aft manifold, 3 inch turbo back exst, FMIC, GTR fuel pump, EBC, remapped ECU..
Could be a hard one to keep on the road i'm thinking..
Hmmm yeah that would be cool bubba.. going to have a squiz at the car tommorrow arvo.
Well i'm not so worried about all about power... the car seems to have ALOT done to it.. what i'm worried about is that he told me it has 'alot of lag'... it has a Garrett T-04 turbo fitted to it... I'm concerned about a mismatched turbo... full boost isn't until 4500 so i'm told..
Anyone know of this turbo being fitted to an RB20?
Cheers.
Hey guys in the market for an R32 and have found a mint one, but just wondering about the RB20 silvertop.. is this the stock engine for the series? Car is 1989 R32, with an RB20 silvertop obviously. Is the silvertop any different from the other R32 engines? And if so does it have potential... with a realistic budget ofcourse.
Cheers.
Ok thanks that cleared a few things up. But am I to understand to get a RWC cert you have to get a totally different inspection from a licensed mechanic?
I'm from VIC and looking at a skyline from Sydney, just wondering about the whole pink slip thing, as we don't have it down here in Melbourne.
Does the pink slip more or less represent a RWC or is it totally different? And when you go through the yearly inspection do you get a temporary RWC or a RWC of any sort? I'm thinking about driving the car back from SYD to MELB so i'm gonna need a RWC to do it that way.
Cheers.
It will take some attention away.
People arn't there just to start shit. I was there on the night of havoc and the week before. The week before was just racing. Did not see one dispute. Sure still alot of wanks, although nothing compared to the week after that which was just discraceful and obviously gives us car enthusiasts a bad name.
Just wondering about the physical difference between the R32 and R33 turbos? Does the exhaust wheel on the 33 turbo have more blades? Is there markings that will tell them apart? Cheers.
Front or rear?
It just adds more stability to the chasis, so the car has less bodyroll.
You won't notice it much unless you are really pushing the car though. I put a rear one on just last week and the car has alot more potential in the mountain roads.
Hey guys new to the forum and in the market for a 32 gtst. Just inquiring about the potential of the RB20 and what can be done with the car its self. Not looking for all out ball tearing power. I own an Toyota EP82 atm and its borderline go-kart/rag doll.. so i'm going to be setting it up more to the response/handling side of performance.
Is the 32 gtst able keep the power down well to the tyres.. if set up accordingly.. and
What is the limit of the stock turbo & stock cooler, max (safe) psi & hp..
Cheers
