Birds. Do you lock your shoulders back and down when deadlifting? If not, learn to do it. Should prevent shoulder pain, tighten up your back and keep the bar closer.

Dan rows look good. Rowing from the floor is called Pendlay Rows. But its a bit hard to do using metal plates (wrong size at that) and house floor/carpet. YouTube pendlay row to see.
