    it will be defective as it is not the stock unit. doesn't matter if it's plumback or not. not standard, and the cops will give you shit about it. even if you argue that it is doing the same job as a stock one, they will make you go get it tested and pretty much just waste your time and money. use the stocker.

    that's what a pod does. as above. box it. Search the forums for COLD+AIR+BOX or COLD+AIR+INTAKE are you certain that the stock air box can't be slightly modified to still fit?

    wow.. not one single person on here said to keep the 96 skyline in comparison to the S15. on a skyline forum. was there a national remove your blinkers day or something? You'll love the S15. the only front bar that should go on to it is the AERO front bar. don't know/care for side or ear bars.

    as above.. the VL chassis is not stiff or re-enforced in any way. how else do you think your LARGER car weighs 100kg less? also, VL brakes are pretty good.. when they are bolted to a ford laser. on the VL they are useless. so these are some of the reasons why a regular VL would be slower on a circuit than a regular R32 GTST

    come on roy boy.. don't bring motorsport in to it. racing prepared car compared to street car is silly. You'll agree that a run of the mill VL flexidore is a useless chassis in comparison to an R32 gtst. possibly good for straight line.. but turning is not it's forte.
