  3. ok.. I'm at work so have plenty of time to reply.. First part of your post said: Says nothing about more reps. it was 2 lines and it said it was different, you did some exercises and that you did an extra kilo or 2.. Then you said: 3 paragraphs about your bicep and tricep thoughts. talked about specific weight and reps and sets, the feel of it etc etc. lol If you are doing squats to please me you might as well give up now. People say "if you want bigger arms go an do squats". Do you understand why? It's not cause it has direct bicep activation. it's because it is a hard exercise which causes the biggest impact on your entire body. The bigger the impact, the bigger the regeneration/recovery your body needs and therefore grows. For your arm measurement to grow 1inch, you need to add about 7kg of muscle to your frame. which means you need food right? Which exercise between feel-da-burn-curls and squats do you think will help cause enough of a impact on the body to require all the food you will need to eat? One contracts and relaxes a muscle the size of your fist (if you're lucky) and the other contracts and relaxes like 90% of your entire body. TL:DR, if you are going to write 2 lines about not being a brocurler, then 3 paragraphs about not feeling the burn or pump in your arms, don't expect me to respond in a different way then I have. My wife does Pilates and yes I call her names for doing so.
  4. burn, pump..... curler for life y0! a pump does not equal growth. lactic burn does not equal growth. Here is a 6 month experiment for you. tomorrow, take out the tailors tape and measure your broceps relaxed and flexed. Write it down in your brocep diary. Also take a pic flexed For the next 3 months, do dips and chins on the new rack you bought. each session increasing either the reps or sets or weight used. After 3 months, measure and photo again. The next 3 months, go back to curling and spa dips After those 3 months, measure and photo. How often you do the exercises is up to you.. whatever program your doing. I already know what the result is going to be but you need to do this to prove it to yourself obviously because you've got this stupid pump/burn shit burned in to your brain. 6 months. you've got nothing to lose.

    ^^ This. You're not going to find your 1rm doing it your way. You're only going to find your exhausted 1rm. Do it like I said, then once you fail a 1rm, have a 5 minute rest, then load up your volume sets and go for broke back mountain

    Next session go bar x 10 40 x 8 60 x 5 80 x 3 100 x 1 then go 115 and 120 stop doing a million reps before your 1rms

  10. not really. pick up the bar, if it feels heavier on one side, put it down, move hands a little closer to that side, lift up bar, now even.

    sexy leesh flew from WA to Melbin to meet prettyboy Birds. They both dissapeared from the forums for a week. now birds can't squat because sore balls. Apparently there was some teaching of lifting too.
