  6. We used to do a friendly comp on another BB site I was/am a member of. A former member who passed away had started a thread many years ago called "Mild Summer Cut" and so every september we'd do a "mild summer cut" comp in memory of him etc. Before and after pics and weights etc... and update the thread with what we were eating and so forth. couple of members had supp stores and put up prizes for the winner etc. but it was a 12 week effort where you try to come in to the first day of Summer in the best condition you could. I recon get hayooooge from now and do a proper 12 week cut. since it's your thing...

  16. yes and yes an olympic bar is 7', 20kg, bearing collars and takes olympic plates (the big hole ones) standard bar is the stuff you have. they also make an olympic ladies bar which is 6' and 15kg. the collars are shorter and the gap between the collars is the same as the 7' ones. just incase you want the lady version.   20. Hi Tony, How are you? I've been ok I guess. Although, this bird keep chirping at early hours of the morning on weekends which is really annoying. Do you get that? What do you think I should do about it? I've thought about killing it but then I'd feel bad about it for ages. Other than that, everything is good. Hey, how is the yeast infection issue going?   23. Strong-man is not powerlifting. Deadlifting a barbell is not a strong-man event.. A deadlift is lifting a stationary weight off the floor and lowering it back down. not lifting it off the floor then releasing it. Deadlift in powerlifting requires you to lower it in a controlled manner. this doesn't mean slowly, but it does mean controlled and not dropped. dropping it from the top means the lift is not counted. Dropping it from the top at any gym will mean you're kicked out. anyway, congrats to the super strong girl who deadlifted 105kg then threw it and screamed which is a good effort because she doesn't spend 6 days training for strength which was stated on the video in invisible html code obviously.
