  1. Nah. he needs a physio/chiro or both to look him over first. Coming back in to it, I'd suggest he tries hip belt squats and Ukranian deadlifts (UDLs). youtube has both. the hip belt squat doesn't load the spine. the weight hangs from your waste like when you load up to do weighted dips. so you squat on 2 boxes with the weight dropping down between the legs. UDLs are on the same 2 boxes and lifting a kettle bell from foot height to standing. in both those exercises because the weight is directly under the bum so to speak, he shouldn't get the pains which he is probably getting due to the weight being too far forward on the lower back or possibly a compression issue from having it on top of him. But still, he needs to get adjusted/corrected and do all those little faggy things that physios say to do during rehab first.
  2. Back held up good. just not as strong. Hopefully improve by Nats to better my own PB. My wife goes "hey you got a weird tan line at the back of your leg with that soft suit" last night. I go come have a closer look. She freaked out at the bruising. I'll take a pic.
  3. do it sooner. at the moment I'd say you are compensating for the pains doing things differently. leads to different problems. not saying squat and dead.. I'm saying get your back sorted rather than leaving it for later.

Me - "Hi, I replaced the engine in my car as it was broken" them - "Is the new engine from another make or does it have more cylinders or is it a non turbo engine that you have turbo'd" Me - "no. It's from a newer skyline them - "ok, we'll just ge the new engine number" 5 minutes later them - "here is your new rego papers" Me - *skid out of driveway* lol

  6. 192.5/100/210 - 502.5 at 87.9kg 2.5kg PB / 10kg worse than PB / 10kg worse than PB. 5kg lighter bodyweight. Happpy with the sq PB. The others are still weak but it's as good as I could get them since last injuries. Hoping to improve SQ and deads by June. Bench will prob stay the same cause I won't be training it much if at all. Once again, I hate wraps. so so much pain. .
  7. If you don't want to dead or squat its up to you. But not looking at fixing your back is stupid. Find a good massage therapist or physio or both and get that shit sorted.

  10. are you stronger? maybe start a build thread in this section. list what you lift, reps, sets, food you are eating drinking. pics if you want. at least, get a caliper fat test done.
  11. Those scales are rubbish. I'm sure I saw abs in your photo. I can't remember though. a female with abs showing usually means not much fat. I think that you're just being a typical chick about this and worrying about nothing. Post nudes pics so we can perve complement and you can feel better about it all. Why are we hiding from Birds?

Leesh have you had a dexa scan done? that would give you a better idea of how much lean muscle you actually have. from that you can work out the calories/macros you need to drop some more weight if that is what you want. I don't know where in WA you are but I'm sure the guys at PTC Perth have had one done in Perth. Also, it could be that your 6 days a week exercise is not of great quality. I can't remember if it was you but I thought you posted in the post a pic of yourself thread and looked pretty good. Don't know why you would want to lose more weight.
  13. why is it confusing? eat fresh natural food. don't eat cakes and pies and choc etc. if you're not losing weight, either exercise more or reduce the amount of food you eat by a little.

  20. Mine cost $3500 limp in, skid out. That was, stock series 1 RB25det, new radiator and hoses, stock series 1 RB25DET ECU, new oil/filter/coolant/spark plugs. We re-used my good coil packs Engine was $1500 to buy from a wrecker with 3 months warranty. ECU was $200 Radiator and hoses was about $200 oil/filter/coolant/plugs was say another $100 So about $1500 for a workshop do do it all. If you're in Brisbane you can have a drive.
