Yeh.. and the OTHER is a GTR.. hahahahaha.. As for the intercooler upgrade.... a whole kit that costs you $600 these days is most likely cheaper than the 2 split dump pipes you'd want to get for your GTR.

Now this is the price that ALL Series 1 R33's should be for sale for. I'm not sure why it hasn't already sold.

why do people keep saying "MAINTENANCE ON A GTR IS EXPENSIVE" what do you consider maintenance? I consider oil, brakes, spark plugs, fluids, tyres... etc.. maintenance. how is it more expensive on a gtr than a GTST? an engine rebuild or performance modifications are not Maintenance. yes they seem to be more on a GTR than GTST. but to maintain a GTR can't cost more than a GTST. if you disagree, please state why all you light pocketed GTR owners should be able to comment here.

did anyone else notice on the vid clip that the rear ligts are not like the original pictures which looked like angled Alfa lights. the rear lights in the video seem to be the same as current/bug eyes rear lights. The picture in my post above looks great I think.

Smurf. where are you located? if we know general area, people can recommend the best tuners they know in that city etc. I'd definitely suggest a different one than the guy you are seeing now. as suggested. dump/front and cat from BATMBL HYBRID cooler kit from Just Jap at SAU prices. Power FC for R33's are everywhere.. surely they are close to about $1K without the controller. manual boost controller Tuning - $500 that would be about $2500 max. and would net you about another 50rwkw. safely.

2510's and lag till 5000rpm in 3rd doesn't sound right at all. people with 2535 or whatever they're called don't even see that sort of lag. from what I remember, the 2510's are actually smaller than N1's aren't they? and people with N1's basically say it feels almost like stock but with much better mid and top ends

got a pod filter? they are quite loud when you have a pod. if you don't like it, put the stock air box back on with a good panel filter. it'll muffle the sound a fair bit.

unless your friend also gets an LSD gearbox and good suspension setup and decent sticky tyres, he'll just sit there smoking away his tyres while you get ahead of him. he'll probably have about 140kw at the front right wheel with that engine, exhaust and a bit of boost. I wouldn't be too worried unless he gets the other bits to put the power down.
