  1. Used wraps for the first time since August last year for squats... man.. don't miss that pain. and that was with half arsed wrapping. good rebound though. and the tightness gives a nice secure feeling when you look past the burning pain on the back of the knee.. lol
  2. R32 gtst, standard RB20det box, tailshaft and diff. it's had a bad vibration issue for a while. diagnosed to be the tailshaft centre bearing. This has been replaced and is much better, but I can now tell there is another vibration / groaning noise coming from further back. I don't think it's wheel bearings as the sound doesn't change when I load up the left or right side.. Sounds does change with speed wether it's in gear or free rolling. So.... What needs to be done to my 24 year old diff? Still paints 2 lines in a straight line.. But I did leave a couple of singles up Mount Glorious.
  3. if you are keeping the standard intake plenum, and are willing to cut up the drivers side of engine bay, get pipework like this..(Gibson motorsport R31 GTSR) If you just want a hassle free FMIC that doesn't involve any cutting of anything, then get a return flow cooler kit from BLITZ. Looks like this.. If you want to spend less and still not cut any holes, then get a cooling pro/Just Jap/*insert other ebay kits here* I sold an ARC return flow kit and replaced it with an R32 GTR core and Gibson motorsport type pipes.

  9. Bench and OH press. Gotta get out of the mentality of training "parts" you're not training tris or quads. You're training "lifts" You train to get better and stronger at lifting. side effect is you get bigger and more awesome while training these lifts.

It is a street car, won't see a track. any recommendations? can you buy shorter shocks or do you just buy standard height ones and fit the lower springs on them. Not after brand new coilovers. Just want to replace my shocks. cheap and decent please.. where to things like pedders/koni/gab/munro type brands fit in the scheme of things?
