bov line? intercooler piping? are you sure? Could you take a pic of it?

hi guys.. I just purchased a turbo on the weekend off an RB25det. my question is this.. the hose that goes from the wastegaste acutator diaphram.. where does it connect on the turbo? On my standard RB20 turbo, it connects on the back of the compressor. but I can't find where it is on the RB25 turbo. Can anyone tell me? or better yet, have a picture of it that they can point out? thanks.

1 ORIGINAL yokohama tyre from S14 200sx. 205 x 55 x 16. still has very good tread. pic below.. they are worth a couple of hundred when new. But I'm not sure what it is worth second hand. make an offer.

SOLD 1 rim has pretty deep scratches. other 3 are fine. NO TYRES. I would like to sell as a set of 4. I'm not sure what they are worth. offers over $200 would be appreciated. they are 16 x 6.5 stud pattern is 5 x 114.3 they will fit skylines, R32 and R33 that I know of, and 200sx and so on.. Sydney only.. Freight to other states would not be worthwile considering the weight... Have photos if required but I'm sure you all know what standard R32 gtst wheels look like..

it's not high kms compared to other AUSSIE cars of the same year. But when people go to the dealers and see a R32 GTST of the same year as yours with 70K - 80K on the odometer, then that car is going to sell before yours to about 90% of people. sure it's a dealer car and kms MAY have been taken back, AND it is completely stock standard, but people will prefer it. You've spent heaps on suspension and other performance mods, and the car is ACTUALLY better than almost all of the dealer cars and should be worth more, but we all know that MAJORITY of people will try to steer clear of modified cars ESPECIALLY ones that people admit to taking on the track.. I've seen pics of your car and it really is immaculate. all the work you have done is LEGIT and has been done by professionals, BUT, and there is always a BUT, the high kms will always deter people from buying it because they think that it is more likely to break down than a car with 80,000kms.

you MIGHT get 5kw extra on your RB25DET.. however.. I'll take it off your hands for no extra charge.. hehehe

maybe the silvia owner's dyno figure is the incorrect one??

The turbo NEVER spins backwards. It just slows down alot more than it would if the standard bov was there.. that sound is called COMPRESSOR SURGE.. not stall. lots of cars come without bovs.. VL turbo, cordia turbo, 180sc with a CA18DET to name a few. I have gone through an atmo venting bov, an aftermarket plumback bov and I am now running the standard one because the car just runs better.. good enough reason for me..
