Does anyone know the weight of these engines?
Also, are they physically the same size next to one another or is the RB25 larger.
I know it's larger in capacity but is it larger in size (dimensions).
Does the RB25 weigh more than the RB20?
by how much?
Are the mounting points of the RB25 the same as the RB20?
like is it a direct swap from one to the other in to a skyline engine bay?
you removed your aftermarket bov?? do you mean you removed your standard factory bov?
I can have a look at it on the weekend if you want dude..
I live in the ashfield area..
if you still have the standard bov sitting in it's standard location and you just plummed the new bov further from the throttle body, then it won't even be working.
You will need to either block off the standard bov or remove it and get an adapter plate for that spot which you can plumb in the new bov.
rev to 4500rpm, then release the clutch.
As soon as the rear wheels lose traction, the fronts will start to scramble to get traction and then if the gauge is functioning properly, it will move to show that you have torque at the front wheels.
I took the wing off mine and am looking at getting rid of it.
It's silver and has the brake light assembly still intact along with a the wiring for it and all bolts and so on.
Anyone interested?
Located in sydney.
I'll take the water temp gauge.

Please let me know.
the standard cooler on the side or at the front is still getting just as much air.
moving it will make no difference.
there is a GTR cooler for sale on the forums somewhere for about $670 I think he wants..
It's from an R33 GTR.
Considering that wreckers ask about $900 for a GTR cooler, that is pretty good.
I think that it is also polished.
Whiteline has a suspension package for the GTiR that is very helpful for that understeering issue.. Also, it would help if you got rid of the stocky 14 inch wheels.
As for the 4wd system... they are supposed to be the same as the Bluebird SSS which uses the Atessa (spelling) system.
It IS FWD until it loses traction and sends torque to the rears (sort of opposite to the gtr)
