  1. it's a rep challenge so I wouldn't be fussed. But if you were to reset each rep like your first, you wouldn't be forward of the bar and your lower back would not round as much (which I'm more worried about) Your first rep was a deadlift, then the rest were much close to a stiff legged deadlift. but you wouldn't have got as many reps. Watch it again and judge by the position of your lower back against the line in the wall. you start higher and higher each rep.. If you felt tight then all good. Top effort and so far, you are the winner....

  5. Actually, squats while you have a cold f**ks you up completely.. lol I won't train if I have a cold. If it's just a little sniffle where you have a slight sore throat and runny/blocked nose, then yes.. Squats cures this. but if you have a proper cold/flu where you have aches all over, then training just extends the time that you feel that way.

  7. yeah I know the PTCs are equiped with full size light plates. but most if not "all others" are not. Also, I'm not doing any of these challenges... lol I'm not doing anything other than what I have planned and outlined for my states and nats attempt this year. I'm not repeating history and risking an injury on anything.
  8. ok arsehats.. how about bodyweight for the ladies, and 1.5 times bodyweight for men? so this is going to be more than 100kg for pretty much everyone except the ladies and collar up PTs

  10. good luck Nick. I'm hoping for 200 squat, 110 bench and 230 dead. I believe the squat is doable, bench I've done many times but shoulder is painful, dead might be a struggle.. we'll see.

  24. it's rare to have someone that can OHP body weight so I doubt you'll get people even able to do a single. I certainly can't.
