  1. Nah mine is still there.. you know how the AFM point kind of straight upwards, well this pipe bends in a way so that the filter basically sits in a straight line behind the headlight. The filter is pretty small.
  2. Not selling the cable seperate to the screen cause then it's of no use. cables can be bought from here Not sure on brand of the pod. Will check tonight for you.. I assume it's just a generic thing.
  3. yeah I agree with unracking a weight yourself if it's a working set. if you are doing a 1rm test, then getting the spotter to unrack is a good idea as your setup is much more important. and once in the correct bench pressing position, it's hard to unrack and pull the weight over your face without getting your scaps out of place.

Just to go slightly off topic here... but you need to understand that a "spotters" role is to prevent you from getting squashed under a bar. his/her job is not to help you do the last 4 reps of a set while stroking your ego by yelling "All you bro". if you are getting 8, 6, 4 reps at 60 and the last set is being assisted for 4 reps, it's useless (as can bee seen by the no increase in the last 6 weeks). Try some of the suggestions (higher reps with less weight, less reps with higher weight) But it might also be something simple like not enough rest between sets. in a commercial gym it's a bit hard to sit around for 3 minutes between sets but sometimes you need to. Is Bench press the first exercise for the night? if not, try doing it first. finally, weak bench can mean weak triceps and or delts. bench press is as much tricep and delts as it is chest. How much can you press over head? can you do bodyweight dip? if so, how many? how much weight can you lift with close grip bench press etc.

  7. your spine is as f**ked as mine.. almost in the same spots too. is it still discounted for the scans over there?

My point about the filter was having a free flowing pod right against the afm may be causing the issue as air comes in from all directions. having a slight extension pipe so the air smoothes out before hitting the AFM might help. Also, if you have the mesh off the front of the AFM (which helps smooth out air flow) it will also cause problems.
  9. Just a few things... Everyone of my RB20s (3 in total) all had a wierd surge/hesitation when coming on boost for the first time when cold - I believe one person had found a fix for it... I seem to think it was CEFFIE (or some similar user id - the guy that does the chips for the rb20 ecus) but once they are warmish - that issue goes away. Pod filter - I had a blitz pod filter which mounts on to the AFM - on the RB20, this ALWAYS surged and kinda jerked around. I then used a different pod on an extension pipe and it worked fine. see here.. Also have awesome sauce box for it.. you can have them cheap cheap if you like.
  10. big jump from 150 to 200.. At least you know better for next time. I reckon you should have gone from 120 x 5 to 140 x 1, 160 x 1, 180 x 1 and if that was good speed, then maybe 185 x 1 and called it a night. or maybe deficits for a few sets of 5 for assistance after the new PB

  15. I tested DL singles last night too coming back from back injury. I'm still 30kg off my best but only 10kg off my best at home - shit bar and shit plates compared to comp stuff. I've decided to do Nationals. I'll pack the voltaren, heat pack and ice pack for the drive home

  17. calm down guys. this is not a topic that should be given advice on in this forum. yelling GOMAD and sq, bench and DL don't fix these issues.. and yes, these are the only things in life that those lifts don't fix.
  18. There are no useful over the counter products that boost test. TRT is test replacement therapy. His doc will give him stuff.. he just needs to gain a little weight first as he said

  20. I don't get why BMI is still used. Such a waste of time. Anyway, back to your low test levels. Are you suitable for TRT? A friend of mine use to be about 80kg. Was always obsessed with getting cut and lower fat percentage etc. Months go by and no one hears from him. Checks in to a forum we use to frequent and starts a "hey guys i've got an issue" thread. posts a photo of his current self. 42kg skin and bones. Anyway, months and months of trying to eat more, he sees a doc, his test levels are non existent. Basically he broke himself. Anyway, doc started him on some oral tablet to stabilise his hormones. Not TRT but something. Fast forward a year and he is 100kg and well in to powerlifting. Important part is to see if you can get some meds.
  21. buying creatine is a waste of money full stop. What is it that you are hoping to get from creatine? Why was it a supplement that you wanted to buy? as in what benefits will you see it having on your chosen exercises?
