  1. who said anything about over eating? If he is unable to continue with progress, then he is not recovering or is over worked (doubtful) if he is getting enough sleep, then the only thing preventing his recovery is nutrition. at 70kg and on a program focused on compound lifts, unless he is 5'1", he won't get fat by eating more. Lifting makes you stronger Eating makes you bigger If you don't do the right amount of each, you'll acheive neither of them
  2. Man if you insist on taking creatine, then buy 100% pure creatine monohydrate. brand doesn't matter, but one that doesn't have claims or additives would be best. take 5 - 10g a day and drink like 2-3L of water. Don't expect a pump or 5kg weight gain and don't expect anything to happen in 2 weeks. Research what creatine is, where it comes from, what it is supposed to do. You don't need it as a supplement. At 70kg, what you need is steak, chicken, fish, eggs, rice, pasta, greens, and compound lifts and most importantly PATIENCE - 12 months of it at least. Don't count calories Don't get on a scale Don't buy supplements other than maybe a protien powder that you put 2 scoops in to a shaker, take with you to the gym, and once you've finished training, add water and drink it on your way home to a steak. try to lift more than the last day each time.. if you get stuck on a weight for a couple of weeks, force more food in.
  3. GYM is used to describe different things depending on your chosen sport. Basket ball will call the basket ball court a gym if they are going for a training session, drills etc. A gymnast will call their facilities where they do gymnastics a gym or gymnasium. an olympic lifter will call the platform his gym a weights room is refered to as a gym. people running or cycling on the spot while reading a magazine call that place a gym. step class people call what they do "going ot the gym" If you have ALL those things in the one complex, it can be referred to as many things. GYM Fitness Centre Leasure Centre Health Spa Super Happy Good Luck club of Fun times Compu-Global-Hyper-Mega-Gym-Fit-Centre Personally, I would NEVER step foot in a place like that. It's not for me. Sure it has what I would use, but it also has so many things I would hate. Mirrors as far as the eye can see. Super bright lights Shiny chromed equipment 90% patrons who are morons that would annoy me to see because they are either bludging or complaining or posing or eyeballing people or trying to give advice Shit music pumped through the entire area shaved down, fake tanned PTs making people do 10kg DB press on a fit ball signs saying "do not drop weights" or "no chalk" or "no sweat" industrial strength air con pumped up so people don't sweat Having said that, those things I listed as hate, people would have as their LOVE TO HAVE list. To each their own.
  4. in your avatar-bio thingy, it says one of your interest is "girls". but you want to get LED tail ights. are you sure you like girls? or are you confusing the word girls with the word CAWK
  5. is it booked with a tuner in Victoria or did you find one closer?
  6. why the f**k would you do that? lol I'd stay around and help him load plates or yell slogans at him like "yeeaahh buddyyyyyy" "light WEIGHT!!!!" "aint nuttin but a peanut"
  7. Yes.. and I do feel sorry for them that they have to live such lives... but this is about mozzies mang!!!
  8. you make me want to say. Oh,oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh my god
  9. how do you figure a 225 and 235 by 45 on an 18 inch rim would have same rolling diameter? punch it in to here http://www.miata.net...e/tirecalc.html there is like a 9mm difference in diameter. anyway.. who cares.. the answer to the question "should I sell an R32 GTST and buy an R32 GTS4?" is f**k no!
  10. root his wife. give her $50 send him a text saying "dropped by your house. you weren't there so I gave it to your wife"
  11. I'll get right on to that too
  12. yep definitely.. will let you know exactly how it goes.
  13. sounds cool.. I'm going out to buy those right now
  14. bump - monitor all your shit.. can also be used for troubleshooting etc.
  15. Even if you have the same size tyres (235/45), I would have thought that the one fitted to a 9 inch tyre would have less rolling diameter compared to when fitted to a 8 inch rim due to the stretch in the sidewall causing the tyre to stretch a little. but my brain works in different ways....... when it works.
  16. But all the E grade celebrities from TV recommend them. Surely they know better than you
  17. If you are seeing a multi vitamin as an insurance policy, I'd say the policy was put together by one of the insurance companies that didn't pay out when peoples houses got flooded in QLD because of the type of flood.
  18. I train at home so my gym doesn't have faggotry equipment like fit balls. I use inverted/suppine rows purely for activation of muscles to help with bench. Don't need to try and add weight to it and possibly drop a plate. Bent over BB row is where I would use weight.
  19. sold. Nice lowballing by all. I look forward to trying to screw you all over in the future.. lol
  20. and I still didn't understand the last line.
  21. He is saying it's bullshit.
  22. Lol. At least you read it
  23. Gtr has light bonnet and guards. Goes a long way. My gts4 was 1490kg Gtr is listed as 1450kg Gts4 feels more lively because of the gearing. Seriously man, keep the gtst till you a afford a gtr. Finding a gts4, then a stagea rb25 or rb26, then having it fitted will get you in to cheap gtr territory. I almost bought a 94 r32 gtr for $12k and it turned out it had low compression on on pot. The guy offered to go down to $10k but I still left it. And that car had about $5k worth of turbos and associated mods to make 280awkw. At best a gts4 will be about $5k for a nugget. Engine conversion will be another $5k to $10k depending on what you buy and get done. And then you still don't have the good seats or guards, bonnet, front bar. Not worth it.
  24. Some people will tell you you need a tune if you put new oil in. The truth is that any performance mod will benefit from a tune, but changing exhaust and cooler and filter will give you more power but generally the car will run rich so a tune will give you MORE power and better fuel economy. Personally I wouldn't bother with a tune a with those mods.
  25. Wheels pinched from subaru XV?
